2) ETH has said that they don't train with high intensity in a press conference.
So it is down to the medical team.
The medical team is supposed to monitor player fitness and give feedback to the coaching stuff so that they make adjustments accordingly. That will help reduce injuries and injury risk
It's not the medical team fault,
That's what u get if you have players who has lost their confidence and are lazing about their future, let's just be honest.

They don't need sacking we need to hire more. They're literally telling players to go home and seek treatment elsewhere because our staff and facilities are too poor to treat them.
That's what it boils down to.
You've got tiny teams like Luton, who are literally about to move out of old facilities into new ones, and their old ones are ten times what we have, and were made a decade ago.... Ours haven't been updated for 20 years.
That's a little poor team like Luton, and even their facilities puts one of the richest teams in the world to shame.
It's no wonder our players are dropping like flies, when EtH is used to training players in some of the best facilities in the world, at Ajax.
This is why players always get worse when they come to us. Nobody improves no matter how good the coaches are. It's nothing to do with the coaches or the medical and fitness staff being bad, it's because the Galzers have refused to update our facilities for 20 years and see fitness and health as a good way to cut costs, to put more money in their pockets..... Now thankfully everyone in football can see what their neglect has done.

I find it hard to believe that these players are injured because of ETH's training methods. If yes, then does that mean our players are less fit than say his previous Ajax team?

Uniteds facilities aren't even as good as most 1st division teams. They're decades behind what Ajax has, though which are some of the best in the world.
That's obviously what it comes down to.
EtH I'm sure would like nothing more than to be able to train these players at a high enough level to be able to play the intense football he played at Ajax.... We all would, no doubt.
Ther fact is he can't do that because training and recovery at our broken old facilities is so garbage we can't even train and recover to perform a half-press in matches and our medical department is so underfunded that players are literally told to stay home or find their own treatment rather than come in and get treatment from world-class professionals.
This is all just a fantastic reminder of the utterly dismal state the Glazers have let the team and the facilities fall into, from decades of wanting to skim as much money off the top and put it in their pocket as they possibly could.
I follow Ajax, this never happened under him. But they actually had competent people like Van Der Sar at the helm above him.

If it's ETH's training how come it wasn't a problem elsewhere. People are acting like we've not had these problems for a long time. I remember Owen Hargreaves describing himself as feeling like a Guinea pig at the hands of the united medical team.
It's the facilities mate. Our facilities haven't been updated in 20+ years. They're behind the times for a second division side. Our health/fitness/medical is a very public joke and this season just shows how bad they really are compared to a world class side like Ajax, because EtH wasn't breaking players there, was he?
That's why every player we buy gets worse. Stone age facilities that are a laughing stock for a professional sports team in this day and age.

Managing the fitness of the squad is part of his job. 60+ separate injuries is ridiculous. Especially considering half of them are long term injuries. But it's not just the injuries, the fitness levels of the ones that play is so low. And then he tries to play quick, direct football for 90 mins that requires huge amounts of energy.
He needs to go if he can't manage.

Mount has been ever present for Chelsea, the one player that the club can depended on.. he only miss few games while at Chelsea.. only during his final few months at Chelsea that he suffered pelvic injury.. not much of injury record actually before he came to United

I knew it, since early season was interesting why UTD had so many injuries. Then the Casemiro incident where he got checked by his personal doctor. The medical team needs an absolute overhaul.

The say your defense wins you titles throughout the season united has not had a stable back 4, and we say the problem is the manager.
And despite that, we're still tied 4th for lowest goals conceded. Insane that our defense has been that solid despite being a new defense literally every game or every other game. lol

This is part of the reason I believe ETH deserves more time. He’s never had a settled first team he can put out a few games in a row. We need to move on 8-10 players and have a good transfer window with a competent back room staff who know what they are doing because we’ve not had that for a long time too.
