I live on the southeastern NC coast outside Wilmington. We know what it's like to survive disasters. We don't want to do that again, so we try to be as prepared as we can be. I prepared for Hurricane Florence, but I couldn't have prepared for 35+ inches of rain over 3 days, which severely damaged my house. The next year Hurricane Dorian's tornadoes wiped out all my big backyard trees and a lot of the shrubs. My husband and I have PTSD from those storms, as do a lot of others. The house and yard suffered significant storm damage, so I think of life before the hurricanes and after the hurricanes. Just the word "hurricane" makes my hair stand up on end.
Good luck with all your preparations. Hopefully, there will be little or no damage. Saying prayers for you.

    JENNY'S SONG
    To thee crape myrtle,
    It's been a hurdle
To feel the love for you.
    You've passed your prime,
    And now it's time
    For arboreal adieu.
    I will not miss
    Thy leafy limbs.
    They irritate me, true.
    Such joy I'll feel,
    The day fate seals
    Your chainsaw rendezvous.

Put something on one end or heck put it on both ends that you can use as a kind of hitch Just hook a rope or chain to that table and one of your gators or whatever you use. Then just haul them out of the flood zone Keep those tables in the flood zone all the time with plants displayed on them. It would take you no time,e to move those tables with plants right into a different area and people could still shop them. Just consider my ‘best idea ever’ an application for a job just kidding. Our area was hit pretty hard from Debby here in Florida. She basically followed the same path as the hurricane did last year.
