Everything looks really good. Have to try when I’m in so cal. My preference is the dry noodle with soup on side. The sauce is key for the dry noodle. Most places don’t make the sauce well. This place doesn’t skimp on the seafood!
I wonder if this place is related to 405 Noodle on Beach and McFadden in Westminster. I go there all the time. Also you should order the pork bones as well. Gotta ask for it. Its not on thw menu
it is not udon, please don't call it Vietnamese udon, it is Banh Canh. I don't go into a chinese restaurant and order taiwanese beef noodle soup and call it "Chinese Bún bò Huế"

Usually if a Vietnamese noodle soup comes "dry", you just sip the soup off on the side. We don't dip it like tsukemen ramen 😅
