Thank you so much it’s definitely been a challenging few months and running any business is definitely a tough gig and reselling adds another level I think, but ultimately we are all here for each other we want to make sure Cara is able to take the time she needs. Mental Health is definitely a tough one to get on top of.
The reason we are resellers is so we can be happy and do what we want. No point doing it if that's not the case
If you guys are taking applications I list once every 3 weeks and have a massive knowledge of Prince 😅

I went full time reselling and it affected me negatively. It was isolating and way to repetitive. I was fortunate to get a job based on my military background and I love it! Im very social in it and I have excellent work life balance. I dont think all FT jobs are bad and in a lot of cases being an employee is better than the stress of owning your own business.
That’s great you found a job that you enjoy I think that is the key whether it be reselling or elsewhere it’s a big part of our lives so you’ve got to find enjoyment.
It takes a very brave incredible soul to stand up and say I’m not ok and I need a break. You are incredible Cara. Well done for having this strength (I know it doesn’t feel like it now) to stop and look for the joy again. A lot of people will be inspired by this. To Brad and jaz you have my support always too and excited to see what is next.

Beautiful video, very brave of Cara to go on camera to discuss this. Mental health difficulties are becoming more visible and that's an excellent thing that people aren't suffering in silence anymore.

Oh all the best Cara..with whatever you decide to do..I had to take nearly 12 months off myself from reselling because of mental health issues that was dragging me down and I am glad that I did because I am much better and enjoying reselling again now. I also did not bother to explain on any of my social media platforms either..didn't even have the mental stamina to do that either. It would probably be harder for you if you feel like you are letting the team down but it is lovely that you are all close friends and support each other the way you do. Have a lovely Christmas and New Year and all the new beginnings for you. x

Mental health is no laughing matter - great work for doing what you need to do - a lot of people unfortunately don’t take that step. Anyone out there in RUclips land who are struggling, there is a lot of support services you can always call.
Oh absolutely not it’s a tough world out there and it’s hard to find time to do something about till your mental health. We are in full support of Cara taking the time she needs to get through it.

I had that happen to me in construction. Operated dozer for 10 yrs and left that and started reselling. Whatever gives enjoyment. Good luck yall.

I think what Jaz said is so true. Sometimes there is nothing wrong going back to the 9-5. I know I couldn’t do full time reselling so hats off to anyone that does- not an easy gig.
Oh absolutely it’s a tough gig to do for a long period of time as there really isn’t an off switch as a full time reseller, don’t get me wrong it has massive upside but it does take a lot of effort.
Such a raw and honest video which wouldn’t have been easy. I Always feel blessed that my income is our secondary income in our home as there are just some days when reselling does feel like a complete grind. Acknowledging that and stepping away for a time is such a great move. Best wishes to you all

sub contracting is the way to go... partnership organisations are messy. Pay someone as a subby who has their own ABN for help.
Having a company set up has been good but yea it was something we tried and we couldn’t have predicted the outcome but our focus at the moment is making sure Cara is okay.

I don’t think we have a comprehensive video on it, we personally went with a company that we all work for, for tax reasons, best to speak to a accountant to work out the best structure for you.

Oh loosing Cara is a huge loose to us in the business, her knowledge is amazing. But we will miss the funny moments in the warehouse with her the most.

The three stores are currently “owned” by the company, Cara manages the store she brought in, me and Jaz plus our employee manage the main store and the dvd stores.
