@@demine100018Nago was holding back, he was being forced to fight and his priority was breaking free from Choas's control rather than killing his opponent. The mask also never came off which we saw lets him contend with sol in strength and gives him loads more speed
As someone new to this game and mains Baiken: Arcade Nago looks super hellish but full credit to you for pulling through-especially for the fact you went all the way to stage 9-for god knows how long. Video was very well edited too👍

This was so infuriating for me to do. I tried as Sol, but took the 2-1 at Stage 8 after about 20 losses. I came back as Anji and did it in about 10 tries, then another 20 on Stage 9. The pain was worth seeing that 39/39 achievements.
it took me 500+ tries, multiple days and several hours with testament practically everything they do is unsafe with stage 9 nago’s buffs, I was in so much pain 😭
I beat Stage 9 Nagoriyuki as Goldlewis. Gold can drain blood super easy with just BnB comboes when he can't block, and when he does just do behemoth frametraps and it still drains a lot because of the chip damage, plus drone setups help a lot against his reversals and Gold can just do a lot of damage to him naturally (and big health too). I dare you to play Bedman's arcade mode, where instead of fighting Nagoriyuki, he has to fight an EX Ramlethal with S and HS normals that literally fly at you from full screen and Duardo becomes a fully invincible reversal like EX Nago's 623H. It's terrifying. The hardest part is, she [CANNOT BE STUNNED] like Stage 9 EX Nago. I still beat her ass TOO. I found some tricks to always predict what she does at certain times, but I'll keep that a secret.
I took Sols advice. " Stop fighting me like ima human" that was surprisingly helpful. and you know what? the grab glitch is actually not 100% helpful so you should absolutely abuse it if you can, it really wont save you. whether you use it or not, you still have "earned" the victory trust me.
I'm in a weird minority that likes Fighting games, but I don't like fighting against other people, so I accidentally found the Nago battle on one of my many arcade runs. My Happy Chaos suffered for around 170ish losses before I beat him. I learned quite a bit about how the AI worked that day. For anyone curious, I always started with a grab to take advantage of the transformation and followed with a meaty to wall break. Play around the blood bar stun, I would drop my combos when the stun started to restart that combo for more damage. Happy Chaos kind of sucked for the fight, given his lack of defensive options, his super doesn't even have invincibility lol, and Nago's normals being gigantic.
Hits that look like they should miss, dropped combos, accidentally quitting and having to do it all again....this is it, the epitome of top quality FGC content.
Honestly nice to see that Baiken can play offense in this. From my experience, Faust cannot do the same. You have to wait for something to punish with just P strings, and basically just have a war of attrition with Nago

The ai cant deal with throw spam. I beat him by throw spaming then when he gits stunned I charged dust for decent damage. Thats the best way to try and get the achievement in my experience.
lol i fought him as ky and didn't know until now that you had to beat the other nago 2-0 until now lol. it was some extreme bs but i finally took him down after like 9 times

The issue is that, this is a cheap boss design, not a good one. He doesn't defeat you out of sheer moveset, but out of buffed stats. Awful stuff.

Took me like 60 ish tries to beat Nago, was a fun way to finish the achievements for the game

On steam 2.6% of people got the achievement, on PlayStation about 2.4% and on Xbox about 1% have the achievement. I beat it on Steam
