I'd rather let Smash play 1) This game kinda doesn't matter because it is determined which group already won so it is just a battle for pride 2) If Guma got subbed back AND GenG decide to dogwalk them and Guma looks ass the backlash would be INSANE 3) This style of team fits Doran much more than the structure of T1 with Guma and Zeus. So it will smooth his integration in the team 4) Even if T1 lose with Smash people will say "With Guma they would've won" makes bringing him back in crucial matches easier. And if Smash perform and T1 win more reason for keeping him playing this whole LCK Cup and just prove that T1's move of subbing Guma out was correct
DPlus at their core were always the best when they play towards solo laners. So years where SM was ropy and toplaners were aight they looks kinda so-so. Aiming will have to learn what it is to be the "true" DK adc. For example in that Kog game I actually think he could've and should've go AP Kog and spitting at enemies from mile because his teammates ain't peeling for him. And even if BeryL give him W and R Aiming will die regardless if he wants to position to autoattack
Thats not gonna work, Aiming is literally the polar opposite to what you want him to do. This team cant play like they did in 2020-2021 with Aiming on the roster, they can obviously still be good but they cant play the same way.
@@sashin2661 Oddly he is quiet good as of now. Aiming is just sitting there and farming while his 4 teammates are running around the map doing shenanigans. He is still DK's plan B in case they need to fall back to reliable damage dealer but at least now it is their second option and not the only option lmao. And I believe that reducing the burden of carrying will make Aiming doing less of those reckless plays that cost his team games because he is no longer the only wincon
There's no need for theories, they aren't subbing in Smash because they want to sell him or because Gumayusi is burnt out. The truth is, ADC is the most plug and play role on a Faker team and Gumayusi has always been massively aided by the space Faker and the others create. So now that they've lost fire power, they want someone who might be capable of carrying, instead of a player like Gumayusi who only free hits and has champion pool issues. Keep in mind, Bang was a better player than Gumayusi, but he too took advantage of having Faker. So when he left his backpack, he was 10th in the LCS and terrible on Afreeca when he returned. The same will happen to Gumayusi. Well, it happens to every teammate of Faker's, I guess.
Guma was totally able to hyper carry in the past so T1 should be able to go back to it but they didn't. Maybe they have an actual mental block when it comes to playing around him since they've have shown no problem playing protect-the-ADC-not-named-Guma with Smash. As for champion pool, Guma can be one of the hungriest players out there when he wants to, and that's where the problem actually is imo. Maybe Guma became too comfortable between the egg theory and his "ADC can't carry" comment with the meta earlier in 2024, also shying away from teamfights at times. I'm inclined to think Kkoma pulled out Smash to put a fire under Guma's ass because he wasn't 100% into it for quite some time and a recent unfortunate combination of factors (ZOFGK breaking + his weakest champs Ezreal/Kaisa being very meta right now + problems in scrims? since Faker advised him to try other lanes + awful DK game) just made it the perfect timing to sub him out. As it's said in the video, Kkoma always has a specific intent with his subs and the current situation could be like when he was on DWG in 2021 and subbed out the ADC because even though he had been a highlight of the team previously, he became a liability.
11:10 I think for human laws to apply a necessary but not necessarily sufficient condition should at least be that a country is willing to give it citizenship. Until then we shouldn't be looking at it as anything more than a toy/tool/weapon (I guess weapons are just a tool for murder buy ey).
Should T1 play with Guma or Smash vs GENG?
Guma ofc
Guma XD Why even ask

Smash
THANK YOU. We need this show more than ever now that Monte stopped doing LCK.
This was already the best LCK show. Now with Dgon on Monte&Wolf, it just pulled further ahead.
The problem with trying to sell smash is that he doesn't want to leave
