I’m so happy I found your channel! Your work is stunning with amazing attention to detail. I love listening to your voice during your tutorials and appreciate both the tips that make a huge difference and that you don’t speak so fast I have to go back and re-listen. I’m truly inspired to start making my own pieces! Xx
I really love how the chair came out!...blue is my favorite color, so I love the contrast with the lighter furniture, and the touches of blue...another amazing job Julie!
Thank you for another absolutely brilliant tutorial. I love the chair, and the fabric you chose. It can never be too much information, btw. I'm happy to know I am not the only one that has done that on a pistachio shell. haha
Really adorable little chair! I'm not sure if you take suggestions for tutorials, but I would love to see one for a day bed (you may have done one already and I've just missed it!) In any case, love the tutorials, and thank you for all the handy tips! 😊 x
I love watching you make your furniture. I'm just starting into dollhouse miniatures and I love how you show us just how to cut and put everything together. You really know what you're doing. Do you make your own dollhouse's too?
I can't cut the wood very well at all so I bought a Cricut Maker to cut the wood for me. I can't wait to retry your designs and I'm gonna buy a book as well now!
What a charming chair! I think Jean-Michel Frank would approve, including the fabric. Contrary to popular practice, not all patterns work well, but this pattern is just reminiscent of the original period without being slavish - in other words, what a charming chair! Your attention to detail during construction belies the simplicity of the piece, but the results are amazing! I'll counter your TMI (Too Much Information) with a bit of mine. I can think of few things more frustrating than trying to measure 13/64ths of an inch...............IMPOSSIBLE, I say. On the other hand, few things are more "rhubarb simple" than to measure 5mm. But it feels like cheating to use mm when your scale is 1:1 inch...... Apparently my universe is chock full of first world problems, neh? Oh, and while speaking of TMI, I am quite happy with how my bottom looks!
@@JulieWarren I suppose I AM a bit on the naughty side...but I claim the privilege of Old Age! Besides, I never could resist the opening for a slightly ribald remark. But I have not been censored - yet - so I presume that my remarks are taken as intended - in good fun!
Hi Maureen, you'll find loads of tutorials here on my RUclips channel - have a look at my furniture playlist. I also have a Patreon channel and five books, so plenty of pieces to make! :)
I shall be making curtains for all of the windows in my dolls house, so do look out for the tutorials. There is already a tutorial for window and door curtains for the kitchen, just have a look in my playlists. :)
I really love your work, your creations are amazing but just a little criticism, the tutorials are very long, if you could make them shorter it would be really great, for this you could avoid putting the parts where the work is repeated on one side and the other by example. I hope you are not bothered by my comment, greetings from Argentina!
You're an excellent instructor. Your calm, supportive directions are so helpful. Thank you!
Thank you so much, that's lovely to hear. :)
Such a beautiful calm teaching voice. Thank you for this tutorial, this is such a perfect chair. Can’t wait to make it. It will be real soon.

This was so helpful. I need to adapt to a higher backed chair, but this helps with the technique.
I'm glad you found it helpful. :)

Thank you for your feedback, but most of my subscribers love the longer, step by step videos, so they can build the piece along with me.
