"And he stabbed her step father" 🎶 that's how we do it in the south!! 🎶. Best opening ever 😂
I could sit back with a bottle of whiskey and a cigar and listen to Rabbit's stories all night long.
Too bad you won’t be able to anymore …. He died 4 days ago from stomach cancer

@@joerodriguez4467 I heard. Sadness.
@@joerodriguez4467 why do people like you feel the need to go around spamming this and pretending you are some news broadcaster. It's very insensitive.
Mannn, that woman might wanna think about selling her story to a country music star... it's nice to be able to pad the bank account of someone on tough times though. Keep them stories coming, we love what you do
Someone like John Rich (Big & Rich) would win an Emmy with this story.
Wow he was a great storyteller. I Could listen to his stories all night long. What a loss so sad to hear of his passing
RIP Rabbit. Your stories carried me through many a boring day at work.
Rabbit you are by far a master story teller. Always enjoy you stories.
The stories are great! The way he tells them are better👍👍👍👍
Rest easy mr pitts you will be surely missed
..sometimes ya gotta count your blessings and enjoy every day like it's your last. R.I.P. Rabbit
The three Ds of collector cars; Debt, Death and Divorce.
That's truly tragic. It takes a strong person to shoulder that kind of pain and remain stoic and keep everything in their life together. I hope she and her son's luck turns and they can find happiness. You did a good thing being honest and fair with her on the deal.
I agree 100% that EVERY car has a story, some more interesting than others. I part out primarily older luxury cars, and it's always interesting to me how they went from someone's pride and joy when new to the condition they're in when I buy them. The typical story i gather by looking over these cars is they were likely well cared for by the first couple of owners, but over the years, they end up in the hands of people who can't afford to keep up with the repairs and maintenance the cars need, and eventually they get sold to me for scrap.
I have gotten some from estate sales- one of which was especially tragic once I looked into the history of the deceased owner and his family. I won't go into the details out of respect for his family if they would happen to come across this comment someday. People tend to leave personal effects in "junk" cars quite often, so I've come across some heartbreaking stuff over the years.
I recently picked up a 1972 Lincoln to add to my personal collection- this one isn't getting flipped or parted out. The story is part of the reason I decided to buy it. From what I was able to figure out by some online searches, it had been in the same family since new until 2018. It came with the original window sticker and sale documents. The gentleman who bought it new also opted to get a plaque with his name on the dash, which was an option at that time. Through my searches, I was able to find out that he passed away in the early 90's and his wife lived until 2018. Then in November, 2018, the car was sold at a collector car auction, where apparently a dealer purchased it, and, in turn, sold it to the young man I bought it from earlier this year. It seems evident to me that the original owner loved this car and that his family kept it well maintained and in good condition after he passed. It's a project car, and it does need some work, but based on the auction photos I've found, it appears a lot of the issues developed between 2018 and 2022. As much as the original owner apparently loved this car, I try to honor his memory in my restoration of it.
Needed to hear that “live everyday like it’s ur last” goin for a ride🤟🏻
I could sit and talk with you for hours and learn so much. You are a classic; just like the vehicles you sell.
I can confirm that there is no shortage of stories like these in Upstate SC. Especially Greenville. But I have to say no one serves them up like Rabbit does. I'll even let it slide that he went to Wade Hampton HS..lol Berea HS 1986 Keep'em coming brother!
Just wanted to stop and say it was really cool meeting you on the boat.
The worst part of these videos is when he says "guys we'll catch you next time"
Thanks, Robb. Luckily, she met you and you were able to treat her with respect and dignity. Be well.
Yeah, . Good Thing She Dealt With Rabbit.. She Could Have Gotten Burned On The Truck ..
I'm Sure Rob Gave Her A Fair Deal ..
right in the begining "he took a knife and stabbed his stepfather"...... "this is how we do it in the south". yes meth is a huge problem down there!
Meth isnt always a reason people do act the same when there high as when not only ones who flip on it have underlying mental health issues that it makes worse
@@mosthatedandroidtunernolim9800 meth does cause skitzophrenia all the time. yes i know i spelled that wrong but you know what i mean!

And I thought Christine had a checkered past. Well that didn't stop Arnie from buying her either.🤓
Up on the lift to your left, can’t tell what it is. What is THAT? Looks great!!!
I love the new intro especially on this video, goes from rabbit saying “he stabbed her stepfather” to 🎵that’s how we do it in the south🎵 😂
You have to give this women credit never let ANY thing or ANY ONe kill your sptit !!
Man it's like all my turn of the century firearms, just imagine some of the stories if they could talk
This video is like trying to listen to something important from a topless Jennifer Aniston. I didn’t hear shit after that blazer caught my eye. Perfect stance and rims.
great to hear your stories with out Ed making my skin craw
Rabbit you are right about collector cars having a story! Back before the Parnelli Jones Mustang was released for sale I read a write up in one of the car magazines someone left on the break room table! Man I thought those are some cool cars. Anyhow they only made 500 of those Mustangs. A Ford dealer 2 hours away got one. I saw it when we were on the way back home on a trip. It was something like $68,000 at the time. Since my daughter was going to college the next year it was not on the menu so even though I thought about it from time to time that was that! Later I saw the same car in my hometown, the very same Parnelli Jones Mustang. Over the next few years I met the Guy and talked to him a few times. Strangely enough I got a call from him a year or so later that he was ready to sell. So I made the deal. Later I called to chat with him about the Mustang and his wife said he had died. It turns out he put the car up for sale because he had terminal cancer not because he wasn't happy with the car. I have had the car about 8 years now though and it's been all good. It is kind of strange that a car I wanted really badly that was for sale 2 hours away ended up in my town and I ended up owning it in the end. Sadly the Guy died though!
We love you. I'm sorry to hear you're passing.
Puts his 🐰ears on and listens. Good morning Sir 🐇.

Where can I find info about the white Vette as well as other inventory. Tried to find your website and all I could find is T-shirt sales or Facebook. I don’t do censorship BS Facebook. Thanks.
I just subscribed yesterday, and I love these stories. Cool Channel Rob.
Man what a story! So true there is stories behind every one of them. Some of them are just "better seasoned" 🤣 TGIF! Another excellent one RABBIT! 🤘
Thank you for all your stories rob!
Subbed, guy, I know what it’s like to have crazy stories, and I love yours.
Great story man as always. Buy the truck, listen to the story just don't ask that chick out on a date...
I know of an original owner of a 1984 corvette 92k miles. Bronz with brown interior. Original. Still looks good and parked inside. Ball park what would you pay for that for resale?
The first rig I built was that K5 Blazer right behind you!
Does rabbits used cars have a website?
The legend himself. I can’t believe I know your little buddy Devin.
Every time I go to a junkyard for one of my cars. The car I'm pulling parts from I wonder what kind of life it had some car you can tell they not care for, some had normal life, others live in the fast line.
I'd say the reason she was able to tell the story without much emotion is that when you've been through so much you grieve privately and severely and then you can talk about it without losing it. If you heard my life story you'd wonder how anyone could go through that and still be happy, but I've never faced anything alone, the Lord has been with me all the way. (First wife died when I was 38, I've had 24 surgeries, lost my wife, mom and dad in seven years, now I have three beautiful kids, two of them are severely autistic, and at the age of 60 I've been diagnosed with stage 4 prostate cancer) and that's only part of it! Lol
God bless you man.
Details on that white square body?...looking to buy!

Hey brother, I have bought over 60 cars in 35 years of being in the classic car hobby and I never bought a car from a widow up until a year and a half ago. It’s the lowest mile survivor I ever owned. A 13,000 mile 87 Olds 4 4 2. I gave her a fair price for the car but the car is so well preserved that I wonder how many of these exist in this condition since they made so few of them compared to Buick GNs & Monte Carlo SS. Rob, is there anyway to estimate the amount of super low mile survivors based on the production numbers or is it mostly about the car. Like 25th Anniversary Vettes or 10th Anniversary TAs that a lot were put away by people because they thought they would be future collectibles.
Wow made my day Rob. and yes stay away from that women.
I use to know a girl just like that, preacher’s daughter. She fell at my house and broke her collar bone then later on she was at the house walking around my front yard and got stung by something that made her whole leg swell up like a ballon, she got married to a English guy and they were laying in bed with their 8 month yr old son laying between them and he was being a douche and pulled his pistol out of his night stand and said what if I do this, stuck the damn pistol in his mouth and guess what, pulled the trigger and he forgot or probably didn’t know after he dropped the magazine out to rack the damn thing and unchamber the round if it was loaded. Well it was loaded! She was probably 3ft away when he pulled the trigger! And that’s not all,her house got struck be lighting and it caused 90k worth of damage! I had to bail after that! I don’t need any bad JuJu!
If that is true, that is a fcking spooky deal
I own a death car. A 1965 oldsmobile Cutlass Holiday coupe. A previous owner had it parked in their garage, while he was restoring it. Somebody broke it in the middle of the night and stole the radiator out of it. The owner chased the guy down the street and shot him in the back and killed him over a radiator.
Fly high, dear Rabbit. You are missed.
"It belonged to a guy that killed his wife.......great truck!" Only you could get away with that qualifier. Hahaha
Happy Friday 😎

Hey Rob, I want to come visit your car lot sometime this winter I’m from West Virginia if I bring the glove box off of my 91 F150, will you sign it for me?
It's somewhere in SC cause of the SLED I'd on the Leo
Working on a black supercharged 05 mustang, 50k miles, black, if this one could talk I think it would tell me how it's been beat the crap out of the whole time. Hammered front suspension, warped brakes, dry rotted, and bald tires, door panels have the notorious fabric issue, and an exaust leak, and a misfire... somebody already did plugs and coils, so it's not going to be an easy one.
do you want a medal
I wish I could have asked Rabbit just how many cars has he bought and sold over his cut short live. I normally would watch some of his videos once in awhile but when I heard I was and still having a hard time with it and I'm sure that I'm not the only one who didn't even know him personally. That cements just how he was a good dude. Ya so does anyone know how many also has anyone seen him loose his shit we are human and can't say that we do it from time to time..anyone who say that they don't are full of shit. Sorry this is starting to get carried away with all the questions. Last one I promise. Does anyone know what will happen with his RUclips channel. I can't see that channels are transferred to some other person. Time will tell and also he is going to take alot to fill the his shoes. I'm willing to bet that there is no one the WORLD that could do it. Rest in peace Mr Rabbit. On another note I bet he has probably sold a couple dozen cars to the people up in heaven. More than a dozen on the very same day. Also depending on what time of the day he showed up. Even if he got there later in the day and still able to sell a few cars. Let's say he got there a 6 pm and could only work until what ever time the dealership closed so I bet the it's the same time. I think that it's the same up there. This isn't how his life ends you just wait and see what is next. Stay in peace Mr Rabbit 🙏
My red F350? First owner killed in a crash and the second owner died of brain cancer, same family. I'm owner #3.
Does it bother me? No
I bought a red IROC Camaro for cash off a Vegas car lot once. They gave me a 30 day window permit. About 45 days went by and no plates, no title, no answers, etc. The car lot got tired of me pestering them for the title and got snippy, so I went to the DMV and they started an investigation. Found out that the previous owner had committed suicide and the car ownership was in probate. The day after that the car lot paid whatever they had to to fix it and clear the title.
That car was a money pit, and a $600 '71 Olds 442 Camaro replacer fell in my lap, so I didn't keep the Camaro long, but I guess I laundered it's Karma. Maybe something about red cars?
@@Freedomquest08 might be. Funny thing? Rob knows this truck, it's nickname is "Fordinand" as a hat tip to "Ferdinand the Bull." It came out of "Cattle country" in Oregon, so the image in your mind is pretty close. I'm not a big guy, so I'm sure some think "Compensating," but I got it for not even 1/2 of book and I do use it as a truck
A friend of mine bought a 90 gmc about 20 yrs ago. The story goes that three guys were out drinking and going too fast around a curve and ended up in a swamp upside down and drowned he ended up replacing the cab but it had the same steering wheel the guy was holding when he died and the seats they were on. Spooky stuff
@@olikat8 I live in "Cattle country Idaho", about a mile from the Oregon/Idaho border, so probably not all that far from wherever that truck came from. Trucks in this area sell high, so 1/2 price around here is quite a deal. Small world sometimes.
@@Freedomquest08 my Aussie Cattle Dog is from Caldwell. He absolutely loved Richard (the "Professor" from "Hot Rods & Happy Hour" podcast & radio show) and goes nuts for Christopher Michaels.
Best car selling stories ever
I know a kid that let some people borrow his car and the used it in a drive by shooting 3 shot 2 killed and it was only like 10 years old but he sold it for $600 bucks cuz he feared retaliation even though he had nothing to do with the crime so now there's a dude that got the deal of his life on a murder car....
Oddly enough this reminded me of my little toaster when the cars were singing about their lives before they got crushed
As you get older, those are called the battle scars of life.
