背中言葉 means "words on the back", which can be attributed to a Japanese idiom 背中で語る. It means executing an action through efforts and good attitude silently/without any words, usually how leaders acts towards his/her followers.
Note: This definition is based upon what I have read when searching the meaning of Senaka Kotoba, in order to fit it with the Filipino translation. Please do correct me if there is something wrong with my understanding of the term. Thank you!

I included all the current members and excluded graduated 3rd year members, even those who have unofficially announced graduation.
For the line distribution, I have chosen 8 members (a kind of senbatsu..?) for the lines of Kojiharu/Miichan and Mayuyu/Yukirin. The rest are divided to 1st gen in their current teams (including 1st gen trainee Cole), 2nd generation, and 3rd generation members, respectively.
