Honestly i dont think that her mom, she may look like her but im more than sure thats a robot and they made it look like her mom so they would convince her to join them. Because firstly it kept repeating its self, usually what robots do and also she would have called her daughter by her full name not a short name. Idk im more than sure it gonna probably glitch at one point or mess something up so Ara realizez. Or theres the other option of that actually being her mom , but she's the type of mom that puts work first and cares about money and whatever. Still, she is a robot.
