B99 always has episodes that show why you should never meet your heroes, the main characters have a hero, they meet them, and it goes horribly, but this time, the main characters ended up being the heroes you should never meet, mainly Holt 😓
I understood we already had our cast, but I think a continuation with Kim would've been awesome. Like for example if Kim & Holt worked together to really bring change to the NYPD. Definitely a missed opportunity but also we are 7 seasons deep & it would be hard to bring a new person into the already developed/history-rich squad of the 99.
I mean they did it with Pimento and it worked just fine. And, to a lesser extent, Debbie. She could have a recurring role while not being a series regular.
@@brucesimmons5517 Pimento’s not really the same situation since he joined in season three so we had half as much time with the squad than when Kim showed up.
Captain Kim was played by Nicole Bilderback, who I remember from clueless and Bring it On. From teen cheer leader to police captain, all appropriately aged, realized how old I really am.
Whoa, shit, where'd Eric come from? He's so stealthy and subtle when he's wearing his sneakers, it's almost impossible to hear him coming. The only notification you get of his approach is the tingle of dread on the back of your neck.
Hitchcock and Skully been getting so many laughs. Wonder if they up there in S now considering when they started the show Rick said “It has one S tier character and 1 F tier character and the rest are A”
@@MoviesAndTvShowsAreSubjective well Rick said Holt is an S and everyone agreed. They also agreed Gina was the F. But now the she’s gone Hitchcock and Skully are more prominent and everything they do breaks the crew so maybe they in S now
I'm gonna say it. I really hated this episode for how much of an asshole Peralta was and I knew that Kim actually had no ulterior motives since we already went through this MULTIPLE times already. Holt's horny assistant. The inspector sent by Wunch to spy on the 99. Kelly. The ET guy.
It makes sense from a story telling perspective but if every time somebody got transferred to my department they turned out to be a spy id probably be suspicious too. Especially if this new person already knows exactly what to say to win everybody over
And the fact they literally did this with Captain Holt when they snooped around his house during his birthday. Kim came off as pretty petty all things considered when only one detective and a Holt were suspicious of her while the rest of the 99 accepted her with open arms. She left the precinct on a 10% disapproval rating.
@@my5head fml yeah that is great but the tat Neil episode is closer in my mind and I'm skinny like my avatar ;(. Seriously, I think this is where the show went off the rails it could've ended at them getting married.
Raw Rider Patrons can watch the Full Length Reaction HERE: blindwavellc.com/brooklyn-nine-nine-7x02-full/
:)
Whenever Holt is on screen, does anybody else automatically watch rick to see his reaction? It's almost an impulse of mine at this point haha
Yes I do
Yesss! I've found my people! 😂
Me ✋🏼
Captain Holt has finally achieved maximum pettiness levels.
Patrolmen Holt lol😂
Mmmmmhmm.
Nah bitch he ain’t petty (that’s a line of his in case you think it’s an insult 😂)
Captain Kim was too good for them lol
I really love this episode, rip to chuck Boyle and good bye captain Kim, gone but not forgotten
Right Away!?
Did not realize I missed Captain Kim this much until this reaction. Great spin on the new captain storyline they’ve done before, she’ll be missed
Petty Holt is just so f*cking funny in this episode.
I love Captain Kim and respect her choices. also the discussion about Eric's shoes was hilarious
I love Captain Kim too. :(

Barely any Rosa this episode. Boyle was pulling double duty.

Wow omg😲 i knew her face is somehow familiar. I loveeeee bring it on❤️, i have never watch clueless though. But yeah im getting old 😥😢😭
Cannot wait for their Dillman reaction. Not many episodes now!
Petty Holt is secondary only to Straight Holt.
Straight Holt is the best Holt

Holt's "pop pop" reminded me of Magnitude from Community.😄
Yeaaahhhh pop pop! ‼️❤️
That look Amy gives around 8:01 makes me feel things
SHE MAKES ALL OF US FEEL THINGS!!!!
I thought the same
We are getting bagels soon and i can't wait
Bagel! bagel! BAGEL!

Rick making a 'title of your sex tape' joke is my new kink
Ding Dong might kill Rick.
My money's on "You took my fluffy boy!"
Mine’s on “The Dance”
This is a great episode but I'm mostly looking forward to next week and how they react to Pimemento
21:27 nice one Rick!!!!!😂
We got her for so little, i miss her!
Chuck Boyle was incredible
10:24 huh
10:41 what was that
10:52 OH MY GOD
I LOVE officer Holt! Character development was amazing. Seeing him evolve from captain to officer was hilarious 😂
Amazing what the right, form fitting leather jacket can do for your confidence.
1:10 actually footage of me on 11/20 waiting for TWD finale.
9:08 I'm so pissed about them talking over one of the best parts of the episode imo
NINE-NINE!
Captain Kim would’ve made a great side-ally for this series, they really did her dirty
I wish Chuck Boyle stayed around for a while lol
This episode always reminds me of that episode of Drake and Josh with the lucky shirt.
next week: kelly reveal
Salty Holt is the best Holt haha
I like this episode but next episode is one of my favorites of all the show.
I’m just waiting for “bagel”
Imagine wearing shoes inside😂 (european here)
13:25 thought that was Johnny Lawrence with a moustache for a moment now i'm dissapointed it isn't :(
6:54 that is just sad
Captain Kim was too good to be true.
And there are comments here from 3 weeks ago, do they upload specifically for some people?
yes. for patreon
Not gonna lie, I didn't like this episode because how they treated Kim and she did nothing wrong...
I kinda don't like this episode. Jake and Holt were unnecessarily petty and mean. I just feel bad for captain Kim lmao.
Well they were back stabbed A LOT during this show, but yeah they went too far in this episode.
Did't the actress also play Stacy Davidson in the 2019 Modern Warfare game😂?
No that was played by a white lady
@@joevictor53 alright, didn't mean any wrong with it, it was just the first thought i got after seeing the actress
I'm gonna say it.

Pop pop
Vessi’s are the best!
I really liked her. :(
I hope more than anything that it's always sunny replaces this show when it's finished
This is one of my least favorites because they destroyed something beautiful and were behaving so poorly, which is uncharacteristic of them.
It's one of my favorites because of that! I have a weird enjoyment of sitcom bully episodes. The Community "Todd" episode is my favorite as well 😄
