Depends on where you're building the house cause most infact almost all housing societies have bylaws that must be abide by hence your idea won't be allowed.
The house would have looked much better if it was half the size leaving the rest as green open space. But this is a habit we have in Pakistan. No appreciation for open green spaces.
Looks like a commercial building, not a home. Also minimal green space for the size. You can build a very nice house in 10 Marla with basement and all for half the price and leave the rest of the 1.5 kanal for green areas. We need to learn to reduce our footprint instead of building these huge concrete structures unnecessarily. Just a friendly advice.
You are right. In my opinion, DHA need to revise their policy of green space. They should leave 1 kanal space of outer boundary of the house for greenery. It will make house appear more beautiful thus contributing to decrease traffic congestion in streets as well as sound pollution. Every society house wall touches neighbour wall.
Elevation was decent and builder got certain concepts right, but man that interior just isn't it. Planning is horrible, color pallets are all over the place, furniture is tacky and flashy. your production quality is great though, I just don't think these houses do your work justice. Just a personal opinion.
