I don’t know if this is the actual like definition of a Russian twist, but I’ve seen everyone lift their legs off the ground and that’s what I do too, so I would consider doing that because it also gives your legs a little workout

My lower back always hurts no matter what degree I’m leaning back. Any suggestions what I’m doing wrong ?
I do these standing up with weights because I have a bad lower back that hurts to sit like that. But the way I do it works great too 😊
