You know what I love the most about this 7 Series? If you take a good hard look at those Absolutely awesome quality and styled seats and color of them and the quality of the metals and veneers used finally remind me of the quality use to be in luxury cars of days gone by. Everything after the 70’s got so cheap and cheap looking. I agree all these nice things put weight back on the car and more expense to replace and keep up but it you have it you have it. There were quiet cars in the 60’s. There was high quality interiors back through the decades but not really after 70’s - 2015ish. I thought I would never see a quality beautifully styled cars ever again after the early 80’s when I was 18. They had a couple winners but mostly sports cars. Thank you for this wonderful review and I know you do almost all the work yourself and the production level shows quality.
I agree with you! There's a level of detail put into everything in this vehicle, everything has a purpose and a reason. It's incredible how the 7 Series has evolved over the past several decades. Also thanks for your comment right at the end! Everything is still 100% produced and edited by me, the only exception comes with the manufacturer-supplied footage we sometimes include. It's a lot of work but well worth it in my opinion.
I agree, and it helped having it in person, sometimes photos can be really deceiving. I always use the new 2020 Genesis G90 as an example, in photos the front and rear lights look really weird, but in person the car looks fantastic.
Comfort was king in this one, I wish I had spent some time being driven around in it though, those back seats looked great but my daughter enjoyed them.

Excellent review, thanks for showing the interior in more detail, something that is never shown in basically every other review. The amarone merino leather looks sumptuous. Personally, I'm a big fan of the grille as it makes the car look so much more menacing. Great shots and production quality, keep up the good work! Subbed
I try to get as much B-Roll filmed as possible so I can focus the attention on the car rather than myself. I really love this LCI 7 Series, I've spotted a few since filming this and love it more every time I see one.

Great review thank you. You have convinced me on the grille for the flagship cars and also that grey colour. Agree also, BMWs do run hot. I really appreciate taking the time to show the details of the BMW Individual Leather stitching, the trim, cabin quietness. You did an awesome cutaway with the suspension testing and the night shots of the lighting was stunning. The pricing tiers for options and the fuel economy run was just so real and practical! Nice mentions of finer details from the press kit. I miss that on RUclips, from the days of magazines. It might be that the BMW laser lights are disabled in North America imports due to the legislation being antiquated with old, 200 Lux rating or something. BMW didn’t sell laser lights before for this reason, but now it might be imported like that with the hope of software enabling it once the law changes. The law might have changed in the last year, I’m not sure. Also, on Mercedes-Benz you have to set the correct side of the road you drive on in that country for the Intelligent lights of function correctly. Great content friend! Keep it up, been following you for a while and the flagship sedan videos you post I watch immediately! I’m an S Class fan so the comparisons were all 👍
I really appreciate your comment, thank you! I want to make sure that the content we're producing goes above and beyond, I take more time to film the b-roll we use, and try to come up with unique ways to show off the car, like the suspension testing we did. The LaserLights definitely are neutered here in North America, I've read that they're only operating around 50% compared with the Euro-spec. I'd love to see what they're fully capable of though! I'm hoping to get the chance to do an S-Class this coming year.

Sir, I enjoy your Auto Vlog so much. Could you test drive Audi S8 (long wheel or short wheel, whatever is available in Canada) with the most luxurious options if you deem it feasible and worthwhile to do so. In particular, I would like to hear your comment between BMW 750 Li (luxurious option with 4 Matic) and Audi S8 in terms of their built quality, 0 to 100 Km/Hr speed record, Luxurious settings and Fuel economy (or efficiency). Much appreciated.
Audi is notoriously difficult to work with in Canada. It’s a brand we reached out to in 2020 and they said no to us. It’s unfortunate because we’d like to feature their models, but we’re also not going to play games with brands that feel they’re above others.
They really should, but they've shot themselves in the foot by naming their mid-sizer the S90 instead of the S80, leaving no real room for something larger, though SUVs/Crossovers are dominating, they probably won't lose out.
I thought the 2018 M760Li we drove last year looked so good, then I posted a comparison of that and this on my Instagram and realized how much I actually preferred the look on this one. It's definitely love or hate, but I'm totally sold on the love side.
