Just ordered the bigger 826s in this color at my local speaker shop... Cant wait for them to arrive. They sound awesome, I thought in many ways they sounded better than the B&W 702s... they definitely imaged better, the 702s went a bit deeper Had more oomph on the bottom end but I have 2 HSU sealed subs that make up in that territory.

Interesting cone material. A mix of poly and kevlar, hope somebody will post some metal or post-metal. Something with distorted guitars. Cause i moved from poly-paper cones to pure paper than to pure kevlar cones and now I think that the best sound should be somewhere in the mix of those materials.
How would you compare these to a larger box speaker like the Klipsch Forte? I can't find any comparisons. Is ot because these are lower end because of the price? Or more for ht? Thanks for any help

Bigger doesn't mean better, it also depends on your room size and properly installed acoustic panels.
