It is evolving into something close to the Hamptons where very few Portuguese people can actually affort to go for dinner, let alone buy or rent a house. It’s the same place where princess Eugenie and her husband have a home. The golden visa law was changed last year. Purchase of a house is no longer eligible for golden visas (however former holder might renew their visa in such a manner). As of 2023 the golden visa is acquired via non-real estate investments or other forms of investment funds subscriptions. I love your channel and appreciate your impartial manner of bringing up certain topics.

Also, some people can't wear the cheap alloys, stick with gold or sterline or stainless steel. It is easy to change hanging earrings to sterling or stainless if the cheap wires bother your ears.

I too prefer our Prince William without a beard and I like beards! My husband had one. However I have also spent a lot of time with bearded lesser mortals so I think I have previous on my choice.
I'm loving the Halloween House Haul in Tip Jar Corner today. The shadow created by the candle gave an additional Haunted House feel.
As for William Whiskers, I'm still unsure. Sometimes I think the beard looks good other times I think I prefer clean shaven.

I take all my pearls my necklaces, my brooches and put them all on my Christmas tree to be adored and the holidays people can’t help but comment on it specially pearls, I buy every strand of pearls I see even at thrift stores. They all should be adored and that’s where you could find all my jewelry and every holiday on my tree. I love it. You would be surprised how many of my friends are starting to do the same thing I figure I can’t wear it all at one time, so why not put it on the tree and let it be adored like everything else. Do you have many lovely pieces. I think you should start doing the same much love your American friend.

It is not easy to surf. I can attest to that. I tried it for 2 hours as a rookie with a teacher and never even managed to get up on that board. Harry clearly had lessons. He is in good form. Again - - - what message does he want to send? Advertising that he is a "hunky", "athletic" guy? Soon on the market again?
He's been learning to surf for years, still in the pool though. I learned years ago by trial and error braving the Cornish Atlantic.

Dear RIver, it helps if you wear stud earrings every day - don't let the holes close up. Just let them seal up. Antibiotic ointment can help. Also, some people can't wear the cheap alloys, stick with gold or sterline or stainless steel. It is easy to change hanging earrings to sterling or stainless if the cheap wires bother your ears.
