You can break the okoho stick using anything that can compress it. In place of broom, you can use spoon. There are ways to get some of this ingredients abroad, but if there is any way we can help, we will gladly do so.
I'll ask some specialists here in Benue State Nigeria, who knows much about that. It boosts libido and helps boost immune system, but the enlargement aspect is what I don't know yet.
