Avery, I just wanna say I am SO happy that you said you’re going to a surgeon who specializes in rhinoplasty and also are willing to pay whatever needs to be paid to have it done correctly the first time! I had a nose job a year ago and it came out so terrible. I got quoted for a revision by someone who specializes in revision rhinoplasty and it’s almost 4x the amount I paid the first time… Which as a 27 year old I can’t afford so I have to live with it 🙃Education is so important when it comes to these things so I’m glad you’re also educating your listeners on the process and are being so open 🤍

Liam had demons, he struggled with alcohol abuse since the 1d days. Now that doesn't excuse the terrible things he did and it doesn't excuse his abuse of his ex fiancee. I think a lot of people have complicated feelings because he became so terrible in the public eye when it came to talking badly about his ex bandmates but using them for attention or abusing Maya Henry like I mentioned earlier. Its okay to recognize he was flawed and still feel bad about a terrible situation that happened. So many people tried to help him and unfortunately he just couldn't let it go, which is terribly hard to do. I don't appreciate people making fun of it or acting cold and uncaring because of the bad things he did but I also don't appreciate people acting like he was an angel who did nothing wrong. He had terrible parts to him and good parts and unfortunately he chose substance abuse over love a lot and his substance abuse made him a different person who was aggressive and erratic and abusive. I don't forgive people for blaming Maya Henry for talking openly about what she experienced and acting like it's the reason Liam died and it's her fault. He wasn't an angel and it's unfortunate what happened, but we can't pretend he's a perfect person. The reason he died is substance abuse, and it was the part of the reason why he did awful things when he was alive too. There's so much nuance to this. It's not simple at all. This is hard to navigate and grieve.

this is so fun to me to hear because im from colombia and like im being so fucking for real when i say this but THE BEST like the really pros of nose job here will be costing like 5000-9000 thousand MAX. I think what the Mendez brothers did was absolutely horrible just as much as I think that what happened to them was horrible.. and I understand the trauma physically and psychologically… you can argue self defense for the murder of the father however, how do you defend the murder of their mother. Yes, she knew and did nothing about it, yes that contributes to psychological trauma, but can psychological trauma really be a defense for murder? Because there people in the world who plead insanity when committing murder and still spend their lives in an asylum. I’m so torn on this case.
