I just finished my 75 Hard journey on the 14th, lost 18 pounds! I completely relate to the beginning of the video. My first day after was all rest, and honestly, I felt a little guilty! I went out for a little celebration with my husband, but I agree with you on not going back to where I was pre challenge. I used to be a big coca cola drinker, and I haven’t cracked a can open yet, not sure if I ever will again! I will definitely be slowing down on the amount of workouts, but I really feel you with how the quality of my workouts was definitely lacking towards the end of the challenge. Definitely focusing on the quality in the next few weeks, and getting a good sweat :) I also am on track to get into the 170s before the end of the year, I’m so close, hopefully we’ll get there together! So excited for both of us!
Also wanted to add: Not sure if you’ve ever been interested in workout classes or even workout youtube videos… I have started experimenting with pilates, yoga, cycle, and might even try boxing! I personally was getting so bored with my workouts towards the middle of the challenge and started experimenting. It’s been a game changer for me to move my body in new ways, I feel like it has really helped my strength and it’s been toning me in ways I didn’t know I could tone. Never thought I’d start to see some ab definition again! Just wanted to suggest that if anyone ever finds themselves bored of their workouts (if the budget allows for classes obviously, but there’s lots of great free videos online too!) 😊

Whatever feels right for you to share an however often I’m still here for it thank you so much for being such an amazing encouragement and such a ray of sunshine ☀️ keep up the good work gurl you are killing it it 🎉❤
Congrats. I think focusing on maintaining physical activity and eating carefully is a good idea. And perhaps not weighing yourself too frequently. I have lost 22 pounds by doing so over the last 8-9 months. I just recently realized the how much weight I lost when I dropped a clothing size and decided to weigh myself. I think the main thing that helped was avoiding eating after 6 pm, really focusing on portion size and walking a lot more. Consistency does work. Keep,up!the great work!
🎉 I think you’re working out harder with less workouts.. And no stress to get a list of things to do has lowered your cortisol.. Congratulations.. I can’t wait to see you hit it.. It’s going to happen.. 🎉
I am so freaking proud of you ! And I don’t even know you in real life ! But as someone who has the same struggles , it’s so inspiring to see another woman crush it ! The transformation has been so amazing to watch! I’d be good with the bi weekly updates . Whatever you are comfortable with for yourself . It’s important not to make this your entire life or you’ll get burnt out . I’d like to know how you just generally managed to everything during the 75 days . You have a full time Job, a house , a spouse , a dog and that can be a lot in and of itself! What things did you implement to be able to dedicate the time to do this challenge ? Great job and there’s no doubt that you’re probably already in the 170s as I type this ! 😊
Congrats on all the hard work! I absolutely love these videos and feel so inspired. You had asked in the video if we'd prefer weekly, bi weekly or even monthly -- honestly the more we get to see you, the better!
Love this, definitely could use the extra inspo! You’re doing amazing!

Love your content in any form!
Try an Epsom salt bath, always helps with soreness. I love seeing the updates. Are you going onto the next phase of 75 hard?
Weekly!!!!!
I’m also curious to hear your thoughts on the rest of the Live Hard program, have you looked into it? Do you think you’ll move on to Stage 2?
