I have not used Musescore in a while, so I would probably be a bit rusty at creating a flute part. However I'd recommend transposing the Trumpet part to a flute part because this has the highest notes of the current composition. I think in Musescore if you download this composition and open it on Musescore, you can create a new line for flute, copy and paste the Trumpet part to the flute line, and Musescore will automatically transpose it (see this link in the description to download the song)
