      @@marisa_inda do you find the singlets required at meets change the ROM? Ive never worn one so I don’t know how much they squeeze but I would assume they would a bit at least, acting kind of like a sports bra. In the case that they do wouldn’t that throw you off?

    This was great for singles how would you adjust reps/weight leading up to a higher number set? Lets say 8-10

      Pretty much the same, 8rm would be about 80% so something like 50x5, 60x3, 70x2, 75x1-2 (adjust your top set off how that feels if need be).

    is 20x10 then 60x10 then 80xfailure then maybe 75x10 good? I want to focus on muscle growth but also incrase my bench for reps and for 1rm

    I do the Warmups in the App & then I only like to do one or 2 warm up sets and go right to work sets.

    Your going to blow out your shoulders lifting at 90 degrees of abduction. You are impinging on your action process and sawing your supraspinatus and infraspranatus tendons which are part of your rotator cuff. Try 70 degrees or less abduction. Translation keep your elbows in and bend the bar you will lift more in the long run.
