The following story is about Sea La Vie by JRW.
Don't be fooled by the way this home presents itself, it is contemporary in so many ways! The homeowners wanted the open contemporary lifestyle, unique colors, but still wanted to fall within the architectural guidelines Walt Disney's Golden Oak development. With a splash of blue, the exterior of this home definitely has it's own character in the neighborhood. The interior is bright, open, & perfect for the family oriented lifestyle of these homeowners. The outdoor space is perfect for entertaining or just relaxing in your own little piece of paradise in Walt Disney Golden Oak.
This story is narrated by the homeowners who explain about why they love the contemporary design of this home. Originally planned as a second home, they quickly changed their mind and made it their first home.

@@KristySki Most of these people are prominent business owners up north or in once case one of them bought a home in the four seasons part which is the expensive area and that owner was an heir to some wealthy family. Either way these people generate few million annually to live here especially with the home owners dues they have to pay. It's typically not doctor/ lawyer type money.
Mr. Bergman serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Rolyn. He is nationally recognized for his over thirty years of expertise in the following: disaster recovery, reconstruction, appraising building damages, restoration, settlement negotiations, firefighting, and building codes. He focuses on decontamination, remediation, infection control, and other biological contaminants including, bacteria and mold that affect air quality within and around buildings and structures, especially as it relates to the health and comfort of building occupants. He is frequently called upon to speak at industry events and educational seminars, and serves as an expert witness in court cases. As Rolyn’s business has grown, he has consulted and joined with many of the nation’s top contractors and subcontractors to form strategic partnerships. Sam is a Life Member of the Bethesda Chevy Chase Rescue Squad and former First Assistant Chief. Mr. Bergman is a past President of the Restoration Industry Association and a board member at the MedStar National Rehabilitation Hospital in Washington, DC.

@@lizziehunter5954 yeah! I searched up Golden Oak and looked at all of their properties for sale. This house is the last on on the list
thats a different home. The front of the houses are not the same. Look at the balcony's on the front. Also, the insides are completely different.

I was under the impression that Disney designed all these homes and you cannot change it without permission. So did they have to approve all of this?
It seems like the layout is generally the same with all of the houses but they are able to make changes within the house.
To sterile art is homely no warmth at all
Unfortunately, there was a delay on moving some of their personal items due to a constructin delay. We had to stage a bit, which is unusual for us. Since we travel non-stop filming...we had no choice but to film the days we did. This home deserves an update video someday.
