i know Im randomly asking but does anybody know a way to get back into an Instagram account?? I was dumb forgot the login password. I would appreciate any tips you can offer me.
Loved his facial expressions and passion during this incredible song during the Original 16 Brewery Sessions performance. This is still good, a bit slower and different but the other one was WOW.
@@chrisbatson3402 Isn't that interesting... I didn't care for the Original 16 version ( except for him playing the drum ) his voice just didn't do it for me.. This version however, for my tastes, is far better.. I thoroughly enjoyed the melodic rhythmic beat of the song in both sessions which brought me to view/hear this one.. As far as genre of music ? Probably a combination...
Agreed. This version is good, but I much prefer the Brewery Sessions version. Just Colter, his guitar, his drum and his mind-blowing, crazy good voice. Dear Lord! That voice!! When I get to heaven, I hope the angels sound like Colter.
@@LuxMeow hes getting older and I reckon singin like in brewerey sessions requires a hell of an energy and it hurts ur throat too so i guess hes just holdin his voice back
A true singer. Proud he's from Saskatchewan. Mind you I heard him a couple years back and was awestruck with his vocals. Still the same after tumbling upon him on Reddit.
I love this, but I absolutely loved the version he sang when he first started! He played the base drum with his foot and the version is more powerful. This one is great too, because his voice is amazing, and being so young! If you haven’t seen his other version of this song go listen to it! 2017 version.
Why do songs like this not get played on the radio? It pisses me off how they play that disco country bullshit to please the young people in this country. This song is great!
mate that voice is absolutely stunning!! but as an additional point if i may, your attitude is amazing and should humble many in Hollywood as you are way above any standard they could bring to the table
Only thing that beats it is the studio version. I still love the brewery sessions he does but the vocals on them are self-admittedly forced, and it's not how he plays and sings anymore.
I am quite tired of the industry forcing all of these instruments into the song, all of the additional producing. This version isn't anywhere close to the brewery session he had by himself. It's quite clear at this point that if artists are able to create what they want, they will make a better product. Look at Lost Dog Street Band, their videos and performances are great, their albums suck, simply because they are over-produced. It's time to take this back, artists just have to start putting stuff on youtube or other public spaces. Otherwise it'll just be crap.
I think there is to much going on. Base and guitar is all you need for this one. But id have that mandolin player regardless lol for other reasons other than music
The whole story plays in my head like a film
Shawshank when yer guilty.
Glad I'm not the only one
He is a hell of a story teller.

Your exactly correct.

How do these videos not have more views. These guys are the ones ill be playing for my grandchildren in 50 years
i cant stop listening to this song, lord a mercy its so fucking good
Same except he seems less passionate singing here than during the 'Original 16 Brewery Sessions' vid, facial expressions and all.

nahhh the girls guitar was insane! She played it so well 🔥🔥
What a beautiful voice!
I’ve never seen him with so much control of his voice and it makes it sound great

Thank you Gerry for turning me onto this fine musician. He's good.
I stood up when I first heard the voice.
It's so rough yet so delicate. Absolutely awesome.
Amazing! Hope to see this live one day.
What an incredible performance. Colter's voice is otherworldly, but those musicians are pure gold.
Gotta Love Ya Some Colter Wall. 🖤
I am always late to the party! Between Colter and Tyler Childers I don't know where I've been!
Gives me chills
What a performance and what an artist. Bravo!
legendary

Wow man. U guys are fantastic. Every song is amazing
Insane.
Reminds me of driving down a dusty road in the early morning.
This guy should be mainstream but our music leaders are dopes. Colter, back in the day would have been one of the tops.
He beats anything on radio today, guys like Colter and Tyler Childers
Dude. I’m Mexican and I agree with you. Colter wall and Tyler Childers are my go to for American country
Better than Gee
Does it trip anybody out how that deep voice come out of him?
Shout out to Rickety Cricket on the bass!
incredible version
Just found this song wow!
HAUNTING
Man, when he dropped Kate, the band went off!!!
Amazing lyrics and musicianship
One of the best out there.

This song is great!
Kyle Stevens idk, I don’t think people are comfortable with murder ballads, I tried playing this for my friends one time and they turned it off :/
This guys is a fuckin canadian legend eh boys
She killed it !!!
mate that voice is absolutely stunning!! but as an additional point if i may, your attitude is amazing and should humble many in Hollywood as you are way above any standard they could bring to the table
Fantastic thanks
The mandolin is a good touch on this song
On any song a mandolin is a good touch
Great great great!!!!
Good, but nothing tops the intensity in the brewery sessions version.
Only thing that beats it is the studio version. I still love the brewery sessions he does but the vocals on them are self-admittedly forced, and it's not how he plays and sings anymore.
Rogan and Lex brought me here.
Same man
Rogan and Tom Green brought me here
hello good song like 4
Love
im not a fan of the mandolin on this song
sounds like its being overplayed, even though shes not playing too much
i liked it in the last half of the song tho
It has a sort of garage band feel. She's a guest. I love it all.
@@imbaguitar same. It was really nice toward the later half
yeah she is annoying
Felt the same it overshadowed the cool guitar part for half the song
Just discovered him.
That's why "Bird is the word"...
Listen you know what would be good in this song a harmonica
Prefer the brewery version
Looks like he’s playing a Martin 0-17 00-17 those are great guitars I owned a 1937 0-17
Joe Rogan👍
6 people cheated with kate mcannon
His guitar work is fucking ridiculous I’m just going to say it.
Colter wall is definitely a favorite now but i gotta be brutal i think they should ditch the mandolin
Darius Angel only time I’ve heard it played with a mandolin, they usually use different instruments
Hell no!!! The mandolin is what makes this version so unique. It's been growing on me for weeks to the point where it's now THE go-to Kate McCannon.
Sounds like music on sad Far Cry 5 Mission.

Im a Russian man, and I
leslie sansone
I feel like it looses its umph in this performance
Shiiiiiit
Mandolin takes away from the vibe this song is supposed to give off. She's doing too much lol
I think there is to much going on. Base and guitar is all you need for this one. But id have that mandolin player regardless lol for other reasons other than music
