Policy in the “DEVELOPED” world does not support small scale farmers and there is no incentive to because there is no experienced voice addressing it. Policy makers are not likely to be small scale sustainable farmers and experience is knowledge. This vote cannot only fall upon “consumers” alone. Citizens who cast themselves as “consumers” are not stewards of their own future. Covid 19 will also exhaust this issue. Where are the videos incorporating Covid’s impact?

Small farmers cant spare half their land to make pastures for ruminants. They cant afford the labor to shepard them either.
