No, you will ruin the shirt, the simple solution if you don’t like the knotted style, just simply untie them, the knot is not added/ extra material, duh!

Agree and the raw hems, once you wash them they look awful
Nope if they are real good quality they won’t, I have some but, when, it was popular but, I don’t intentionally buy them that way, but, I at least have not much problem! My mom had a method with blue jeans 👖 and, a certain product is no longer on the market called soft n’ fade, but, still wash your denim,even your color denim in cold water and do not put in a hot dryer let air dry and, that will save your jeans! I do not use bleach, only laundry soap and, liquid softener and, do not wash your jeans after one wearing, wear 2 to 3 times before unless they are really dirty or have been stained! This will save your jeans from fading out and,keep them soft and, help them lasting longer!
