- Travel Portugal - Slide and Splash Vlog brings us to, you guessed it, Slide and Splash, Algarve, Portugal best waterpark. We show you exactly what waterparks are like in 2021. Our Travel Portugal Travel Series has shown us some amazing places, and Slide and Splash has been one of the highlights so far. Seeing Slide and Splash so empty was strange, but it certainly has its advantages as the wait to do the rides was non existent. It was definitely the best time to visit Slide and Splash.

Great water park. Immaculately clean and well staffed. We went last week towards the end of the season, and we didn't have to queue up for too long.

do the big wave but I done the black hole with my sister and omg it was so fast
and so scary especially for me who isn’t a big fan of rides and stuff like that 😧😩

Our Balkan trip last year was to end in Croatia but due to lockdown with he had to leave from Bosnia instead, but Croatia looks like a lot of fun so hopefully one day we can return. What did you use to have the go pro on you in the water slides? This looks amazing
We had a head strap, they wouldn’t allow us to hold the go pro, it needs to be attached to the body
Visited way back in 2000. The Black Hole ride is brill. In complete darkness😂
Slide and splash is crazyyyy but... Aquashow is the best aquapark on Algarve and in Portugal!
we actually did a video of our time in Aquashow, we agree that Aquashow is slightly better 😁

Are the water parks open currently?
I’m not sure about others but slide and splash is now closed until further notice from the government, we were very lucky to visit before the govt decided to re-close.
Do they have little doughnut balloons for rides or do you have to take your own ..tnx
