Great video, nice walk through of the lofts. Good explanation of your settling and training program. I been seriously considering sending a teem of birds to an OLR. This will help with my decision. Thanks.
Very sorry to learn of the fire that destroyed the loft, birds and your dogs. I can only begin to imagine your sense of loss. Best of luck on the rebuild and restart!
I dont mean to be off topic but does anybody know of a tool to log back into an Instagram account? I somehow lost my password. I would love any tricks you can offer me
@Clay Jesiah thanks for your reply. I got to the site thru google and Im trying it out atm. Takes quite some time so I will reply here later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
This is just superb, I been tryin to find out about "pigeon race release" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you heard people talk about - Hansaac Riyliver Scheme - (search on google ) ? Ive heard some great things about it and my mate got amazing results with it.
Impressive. I'm just so sorry about the fire. What a tragedy. But bless your heart for climbing right back in the saddle. If ever there was a time we needed events to lift our spirits, this is that time!
I am so so sorry to hear about your loft fire! This is making all fanciers here in the Dallas area praying for you, , your racers, and all the wonderful lost souls that the awful fire took including your 4 dogs. We look forward to hearing the cause of the fire to hopefully help deter future fires in anyone's loft. We cant help but fear it may be arson related due to the timing of the fire and race. We hope this isnt the case, but we will learn more as the days go by that may helpfully also help lofts around the world to look for suspicious behavior or criminal mischief. God bless all of you. 😪😟❤
In the time of "CORONAVIRUS WORLD WAR - 3" in 2020 when your own life is at the hands of a invisible pandemic it's cinema and documentaries that breaks all barriers and provides solace and entertainment in the confines of home.As a lifelong sports enthusiast and a silver jubilee pathological gambler on horse racing decided to understand the sport of pigeon racing.Picked the right documentary and found this video with Mr Jim.Ward explaining his World class "Hoosier Classic pigeon loft" extremely educating to a novice from Mumbai in India where pigeon racing does exist in a few city's. Surprised to know that China is the country that now monopolizes "Pigeon Racing" purchasing the costliest racing "Armando " for 1.4 million U.S dollars. Thought only race horse cost that amount of money. Was it "SABOTAGE" or sheer "BAD LUCK" that resulted in the fire of this World renowned "Hoosier Pigeon Loft" just one day before the "One loft pigeon race" of 2019 ? Wishing Mr JIm.Ward a quick recovery from the tragic monetary losses as well as prized pigeons. One of my favourite boxer's Mike.Tyson is a pigeon fancier and If "PIGEON RACING" existed in Mumbai i would definitely have been a active player in this bird sport. Ahoy !
I would recommend liberating birds in the 9-10am or afternoon times during training tosses, that way an early extremely bright sunrise won’t blind the birds on their way home. If you shine a light into a pigeons eye at night they can’t see you, it’s the same thing. The early horizontal sunrise can affect those birds eye view, so to prevent losses during training, try to release the birds a little later in the day if you haven’t already. That way the birds have a chance to see what’s up ahead of them and be able to avoid running into power lines and trees.
hello sir good morni my name is ismail from India from Bangalore and I really love piegion and I have taken care of piegion for past seven years. and I am happy to see u with lots of variety of birds at ur place.a flag at ur loft placed top of the loft coloured green or red.will be a better idea for ur birds to return.for a faster timming .and some one in ur team who can talk with ur. birds.
Jim, It appears that you have made a huge commitment to your race and are doing the best you can. Can you explain why last year the losses from 3 50 mile training tosses was so very high? If memory serves me correct almost 900 birds were lost in training from the first toss to the 3rd 50 mile toss.
I would feel far more comfortable if your employees were wearing respirators when they were scraping bird droppings. This would be much healthier and safer for them. Also, they would be less likely to develop allergies that would preclude them from working for you.
Hmmm, are you breeding racing pigeons on a manufacturing basis ……. ! Hmmm…. I believe you are…. You would have me believe it’s all about the health and well fair of the bird…. Bull (s@@h) …. The biggest loft I’ve seen , the more birds in one space the more stress for the birds….. I will not follow you channel
I just wanna let you guys know that Law off looks like futuristic that loft is awesome my God love it🕊️💪❤️👍
I can watch this all-day.😍

О спортивных голубях.
KOJI SU OVO GOLUBOVI
Why burn your loft or inside job
Those birds were possibly stolen and and an insurance fraud was claimed. It’s common sense and too obvious
Buen palomat pero superpoblacion 👎🏻
