Based on the measurements provided I ended up with way too much Ginger Garlic paste and it completely overpowered the curry and made it green. Looks like per the video it maybe needs to be equal portions of the two pastes? Including specific measurements there would be helpful for those making this for the first time.

Good video but Maharashtrian style each place has little different methods they use onion garlic masala it will taste very nice if added. That makes Maharashtrian recipe best.
