Beautiful composition, with very satisfying instrumentation for a solstice carol. I like the way the composition incorporates audience participation (this is not your grandparents' classical music). I especially appreciate that the composer is able to write sacred song that matches where contemporary spirituality has now gotten to. Hope this composition will be published in sheet music....

Stunning..sounds steeped in Hebrew sacred song or eastern European chant tradition yet somehow is modern..I'd love to hear a solo piano version!
