Yes that's why. Until this update hits every account you won't be able to. From my Canadian account I can only do this with Idea Pins still. Pinterest needs to hurry up and update all accounts. Just edit your images elsewhere, there are so many apps for this.

Hey! So, it's not about the app being up to date, it's about your account being updated by Pinterest. Idea pins are being phased out, your account has not been updated as yet. But it will be sooner than later.

Hey! You can definitely do both. Having as many links as possible for Pinterest is the way to go. Just space out how frequently you share the same links, waiting ideally 7+ days to share them again. Odds are your direct to Etsy links might not do as well. You should consider setting up a shop on a subdomain on your website as well.

The blog post is set to go live that morning. Can I not link my pin to it, even if the pin is scheduled for a few hours AFTER the blog post goes live? I've never had this issue before, and I'm wondering how to fix it.

Hi, Im stuck on pinterest, I regularly post articles on my blog, i regularly post fresh pins, saves my old pins and saves others pins too, also I create lots of pin style too, post fresh pins spread and with different times but my monthly view going down day by day and does not get clicks and impressions at all, In my blog I already have 200 posts, but pinterest account going down daily so badly, its going down 46k to now 18k... Whats wrong in my Pinterest? Is there any update on Pinterest? I know idea pins are dead but any other update... Please help me 🙏 im so depressed 😞
There could be a million reasons why your account is crashing. And unless you look into your analytics and figure out why you won't know. And you can't just look at views, you need to look at clicks. Were a bunch of your pins deleted? Did they lose ranking? Was it just one a or two pins bringing in those views? Are you breaking some Pinterest rule and now in the spam blocker. You have to dig into your analytics and figure it out, not just get emotional about it. Yes, it sucks, I'm sorry to hear, but figure out why. And only you have access to your account and can figure that out.

Good question! Why would that confuse Pinterest? Use all 10 if you like but odds are you won't be able to find 10 accurate tags for your pin. If you can great, go for it. But if you're adding tags that aren't really relevant, that's not helpful is it.

I learned from her that I just need to do pins and not idea pins. I can still "create" them on my account too.

Why do you recommend 5 tags instead of using all 10? Does that confuse Pinterest?
Good question! Why would that confuse Pinterest? Use all 10 if you like but odds are you won't be able to find 10 accurate tags for your pin. If you can great, go for it. But if you're adding tags that aren't really relevant, that's not helpful is it.
