I actually sell cloth diapers, pull ups, and baby essentials that are personalized and handcrafted by me. Should I have a board specifically on my products as well? I dont wanna come across as BUY ME...BUY ME though, if you know what i mean. My goal is to explain why and how newbies can cloth diaper and even offer tips to vets as well! I will have tons of videos and idea pins showing how stuff is made and how to use the items under this "product" board. If im going down the right path, do you have any suggestions on what this board should be called? New subbie, btw
Hey Katie, thanks for your awesome content. I have a home decor blog. I have around 7-8 boards targeting different styles such as scandi, farmhouse, mid-century, boho. Whenever I upload a new blog post on a particular style (say boho), I create five pins for that blog post and schedule them to the boho board with five days interval. Is this strategy good or should I create a few more boards targeting boho decor and schedule each pin to each boho board? Please guide me.

Hi Katie, I think this is your "most recent" video about boards on Pinterest, although it was posted over a year ago. I notice you don't create sections inside the boards. Instead, you go and create a new board, although it may be related (for example, winter outfit, winter outfit for men, and winter outfit for kids are 3 different boards instead of two sections from the first board). Is this practice better than creating sections inside a board? Is there anything new to learn about strategy today in 2024?

I think the most important part is at the end of the video and you just quickly skimmed through it, I have no idea how these pictures suddenly popped on your board, does Pinterest just inserts random pictures based on the title? And you don't insert any link? And how do you actually share other people's pins and what is that good for?

New to Pinterest. You showed creating both broad boards and specific boards based on keywords. Are all boards on the same level or are they nested - example snowboarding outfits for women board is nested inside the snowboarding board? Newbie question…
Actually great question. I recommend you create both boards about broader topics in your niche as well as more boards about more specific topics. So for example a board about Gardening Tips (Very Broad) as well as a board about Vegetable Gardening Tips (Broad) and you could even do one for Planting Tomatoes Tips (Specific). The key here is that you always have a board you can save your pin to. If you feel like you wouldn't have enough pins to fill your Planting Tomatoes Tips (Specific) board then you skip that board altogether and would save your pin to the Vegetable board. Does that make sense?

Hey alma, I love using Tailwind but only if you’re creating pins regularly. Otherwise you can also really use Pinterest directly to upload. I don’t use automation services to create my pins, do it all myself or use templates 😊 Going to check out Pinflux though haven’t hear about it and always interested in learning about new tools!

Hey Saf, no sadly no way to turn it on. Pinterest always tests new things and they keep on adding and removing them on some accounts. Can you try to scroll once you type i a keyword and look for bubbles in between pins that show up. Or check out trends.pinterest.com 👍 it’s incredibly helpful.

You didnt show how to add a pin to a board. It must be so simple but I can't figure out how to do it. I have no option anywhere on Pinterest to add to the board i created. It's a shame you didn't show this step.

are you using desktop or mobile? On mobile it should be in the middle at the bottom. On desktop try the menu item „create“ and then choose pin. Let me know if it worked 👍
