And imho insert tooling like this is not worth it on a manual machine. Normal insert tooling is fine, but the special inserts wich tend to be more expensive are just not worth it. I mean what are you going to do on a manual lathe with this?

AddMultiTurn insert provided triple tool life when fed at the same feed rate as ISO insert.
Double the feed rate with AddMultiTurn compared with
ISO insert without compromising tool life.

I used to used them 5 years back it is called insert after using 3 edges we should give them to tooling department and they will give us new one for my machine 200 cycles is life span of one edge but we have to adjust it for every 30-40 products it is pain in the ass if we over tight it it will over cut if we didn't tight it properly it will under cut 🤦‍♂️ but it is cool tool

By back turning, the cutting speed can be significantly reduced even under the same conditions as conventional ISO tools.
Achieving long life! Even if the feed rate is doubled (machining efficiency is doubled),
Achieves tool life equivalent to ISO tools
