    Folded it and worked like a charm! Great work, as usual!
    Just one question: why some of the connections are folded in half (9:03)? These connections turned out weaker to me.

    • @jonakashima
      @jonakashima  5 лет назад +3

      this fold in the connector is what really locks the units together. Once connected, this fold and the fold from the other unit will block each other from moving away. They should be as strong as the big ones; a weak connection usually happens if you invert the fold in some of the connectors, make sure they are folded to the right direction

    Nakashima-san, you are a genius! Thank you for sharing you talents with the world! Question: what’s the principle behind are the different sizes connectors? Seems to me you’d want more surface area contact when tucked in, for a “stronger” hold? I guess I should attempt to make it and then I might answer my own question... 😅 Thank you.

    • @jonakashima
      @jonakashima  5 лет назад

      I like the larger connector better, but it's not possible to make two of them on the same side of the cube. But what really locks them together is the little fold at 8:47 and 9:03, so the smaller one works very well too even with less surface area

    How thick is the paper that you are using to make the cubes?
