well it can rain in the underground as showed by both waterfall and snowdin it rains in waterfall and snowdin has snow which is just frozen rain meaning snowdin also has rain so i dont think its too far of a stretch to assume it can rain in new home as well also what do you mean "how did sans bring a could into new home and have it still producing rain"?
