Population control compulsory ,for that impart standard education to all from K.G.to P.G.&further, use SOLAR POWER, Erect "T"shaped pillars made of wood or metal etc.on the open spaces,keeping some distance in between 2 pillars, When birds sit, through their seeds dropout, help in plantations. That is making proper sitting arrangements for birds
