  • Hey guys welcome back in this video iam going to showing you how to make a simple Delay ON TIMER ⏲ Circuit. In this circuit I recently fond on circuitspedia site. Thanks for circuitspedia. In this delay on circuit I very very usefull. And this little device use to protect you electrical are electronics equipments. And use this circuit on you speaker protection circuit. Normally speaker protection modules price is little bit higher. But this one is very cheapest and simplest.
    Project requirements 👇
    1. BC558 TRANSISTOR
    2. 2N2222A TRANSISTOR
    3.220UF/25V CAPACITOR
    4. 5.6 KILO RESISTOR
    5. 1 KILO RESISTOR TWO PIECE
    6. IN4007 DIODE
    7. 100 KILO RESISTOR
    8. RED LED
    9. RELAY SWITCH

    Circuit seems to be good but contact resistance of relay will affect speaker output and quantity performance ?

    Nice!! I am just looking circuit like this.. could you pls able to suggest me to buy the circuit as my expectations as follows?
    I want to run dc motor repeatedly in particular time interval like dc motor should be running 10 sec and should be not running after 10 sec it should be repeatedly like this....

    Nice circuits time delay incrise and decrase which resistance value change please replay

      To extend the relay activation time and adjust the delay, simply modify the capacitor without altering any resistors. A higher capacitance value will prolong the on-time delay, while a lower capacitance value will result in a faster relay activation.

    I want 5 minuts time delay.
    Will it work perfectly if power has gone for 2 to 3 sec. and come back.i mean again 5 minutes delay.
    What is the full discharge time of capacitor ?

    Nice project, but what an awful schematic! It also has a error on the BC558 PNP bjt transistor: the arrow in the drawings must be backwards!

    Does a larger capacitor make the delay longer?

    please, explain me why Q1 it emisor is connected to +12 vcd? I think the colector pin should be connected to +12vcd....ok, ok I checked the dt SHETT and this trasistor is PNP, in the schematic link was drawing like npn.

    The 12v connection you showed. But you did not show the output connection to any appliance. Or speaker it was hidden

      I am very very sorry for that mistake.
      Solution here check out this diagram.photos.app.goo.gl/hgrMFysKQ325NJ5d6 this the relay connection diagram. Follow this step. You will use this circuit on a speaker protection same setp.
