Morrowind VR 2024 atmospheric build

Aded intelligent textures, vapourmist and city of balmora.
The bodies and faces plummeted my fps so I didn’t activate them. Adding fireflies invade morrowind is not a great idea, add the “fireflies” mod from nexus, tho I wish it was configurable.
