They actually recently removed the + version. I think it was originally a rosewood fingerboard, then the '+' came, and they switched to micarta, and now they've just renamed it. The non + version is actually the newer one if you're buying brand new. But it's exactly the same, I believe, just a name change.

If you have an om15 and don’t need a load of volume, try some Thomastik plectrum strings - they sound fantastic and last absolutely ages!

000m-18 is soft tone better than 000m-15 :)

000m-18+ guitar is normal tone. 000m-15+ more vintage tone:)
