That’s decent wind! We had a storm in 2022 that was blowing 30 and suddenly became 70-80. I was out for work and literally almost blown away trying to walk down the dock from the boat I was doing interior design work on. Silk pants and a silk blouse were doing some intense flapping in that wind!

Yes, it was pretty intense for a couple of hours.

It was way beyond what was predicted by the weather service.
It was projected for 25-30 mph and ended up being twice that strength so I guess you could say that we weren't ready for that. 😅
