Scandinavian Festival of Speed

Well over 20 years ago a group of friends rented a racetrac​k in northern Norway to race their own cars and practice their driving skills. Over the next months and years this group of fr​iends evolved to hundreds of cars and thousands of spectators and the company Sommertreff was founded. For nearly 20 years Sommertreff was the biggest car festival in northern Norway and the highlight of every car enthusiast in the region. Unfortunately, as the festival grew bigger and bigger the racetrack heavily degraded alongside being too small to accommodate all the spectators. During the covid-19 period Sommertreff and Drivecenter Arena began their joint venture to move the car festival to Drivecenter Arena in Fällfos Sweden.
