damn bro graphics on ur computer really working overtime, the tiny lag, i get the same on my computer too, same forza horizon with same graphics and same lag, i wonder if its bad for the computer like over heating cpu maybe not sure

Only appears when recording. Otherwise my gameplay is smooth. Maybe some recording tasks are CPU bound. Still figuring out.
