    I own the Sigmas V5 wich only uses a smaller version of the Titan technology and what even this did to my system, combined with Audioquest Monsoon power cable was mind blowing! It unleashed the full potential of my system so to speak....it was like enable HDR in music if i had to describe it.
    I am even so convinced about the benefits that i am thinking about getting the Titan V5 next.
    I also have the Sigmas EVO3 in my system and i can say that the Sigmas V5 is much better! Its a noticeable sound improovement...
    Isotek makes awesome products no doubt about that!
    Its not cheap, but worth every euro!
    The powercord that comes with the device is not very good by the way, its not shielded very good.

    Very nice video! Any chance you could also make a video on Aquarius V5?

    The bass quality comments in this video are similar to my experience when I added a Shunyata Denali 6000 v2.

    Hello Jaap, very exciting.
    I can’t wait to see your personal measurements as many manufacturer provides absolutely nothing except for words.
    I’m sure we will see a massive increase in performance with measurable super low distortion level of any device that is connected to the power conditioner.
    Interestingly I listened to all the tracks and It was virtually impossible to pick out the filtered vs no filtering at all.
    Again, I can’t wait for your measurements.
    All the best,
    Brian

      @@TheAlphaAudio Hello and good morning. Well that’s just it, you (as in Alpha Audio) are the professional at this.
      Many audio site / print magazine have audio analyzers and can demonstrate if an audio product is designed properly and measures well.
      To keep things simple maybe start by testing the straight power from the wall outlet to see how dirty it is and compare it to what coming out of the power cleaner / regenerator?
      Jaap: my question is coming from an honest place. I am a long time subscriber to your channel and love your live streams as almost nobody does this like Alpha Audio does, but when you start saying a device is mind blowing without showing any evidence or measurements well then I’m a bit sceptical.
      I can buy a fantastic amp with posted measurements and can compare it to other brands that show measurements and decide if fits my needs, but power cleaners, regenerators and or power cable not so much.
      Brian

      Jaap: please if you can … you should really repost that live stream / DAC shootout you did some 20 months ago. It was on your website but is no longer available. Because of that series of videos I almost bought the Metrum Onyx but ultimately went with Atoll and got their DAC200 signature.

      @@frostycanada6404 we used the Bluehorizon analizer and it shows MAX in the wall and 0 with the Titan. That shows that the filtering part works. We are looking for an Audio Precision analyzer but they are VERY expensive. I wish I had that kind of money...

    Just went from Audioquest 3000 to 7000. The upgrade gave a blacker background for sure and what surprised me was actually an improved picture quality on my tv/4k player which the 3000 did not do. Both units are great including the Audioquest 1000 which I owned in the past and would recommend this as a good buy on the used market.
    Great content and always enjoy delivery of it. Thanks!

  • @richardpalmer9616
    @richardpalmer9616 Год назад

    The noise on the mains that reduces sound quality, do you know if this mostly comes from nearby appliances from within your property or is it mainly coming from outside from everybody else?

    • @TheAlphaAudio
      @TheAlphaAudio  Год назад

      It can be both. LED-lights are terrible for example. But if you live in a big city, it can also be other stuff. Like trains, car chargers... etc.

      @@TheAlphaAudio thanks for the reply.
      I was asking as I could put in an industrial EMI/RFI filter on my house mains that is separate (joining after at the meter) to the hifi and effectively cut out what noise is in the house away from the HIFI, but if 90% of noise comes in from the street it would be a waste of money to make the experiment.
