Hey, I don’t have a Mac, but I do have Asus laptop, how can I download update if I don’t have ITunes on my laptop? P.S. I tried everything exept this. Please help.
Even when I restart it and ik it’s restarting the screen still stays black and the restart apple logo doesn’t show up even when i can tell it’s restarting.
Please try all the steps in this video first. If the issue persists, call for an appointment at Apple or approved repair shop for a complete technical reset or a hardware repair.
