- How I made Mac& cheese for my seniors
I used 5 different Cheese. Cheddar cheese, mozzarella,cream, Parmesan , Swiss. Cooked up some elbow pasta. Reduced the cream some S&P. Tossed the pasta into it and gave it a good stir. Made some fish sticks in the side.
Okay dinner they liked it.
