Thank you Dave for mentioning the shamefully ignored Litolff! I have both volumes and I actually listen to them pretty often..terrific , colorful, endlessly rewarding music. And as you say, these neglected pieces have been very lucky to find Donohoe and Litton, top notch!
I found the CD with NOs 2 & 4 in a new CD store in 2008, where along with works I knew of, I would buy an assortment of new-to-me composers. That store is now gone. As well, two other CD stores where classical music was featured or could be found are gone. 20 years ago the on-line CD retailers had thousands of CD available. Today, all walk-in places have disappeared, and the catalogs of available new CDs on the internet is a shadow of what it was. Where is the best selection of physical media these days? As for my Litolff CD, I play it rarely. I remember it as pleasant. I will listen to it again this morning. I have a Brilliant Classics box of 20+ CDs of varied piano concertos, I am more likely to play for variety. I also wish some of these series would be re-issued.
I already had these as downloads. According to the booklet notes accompanying the discs, only four of the five concertos symphoniques survive.

Presto, is a UK online retailer dedicated to classical and jazz. It has a very extensive range of CDs as well as downloads
The Romantic Piano Concerto series is AMAZING. Let me suggest a terrific concerto by Brasilian composer Alfredo Napoleão, in cyclical form.
Andrew Litton is a fantastic musician. Why he isn't in charge of a major US orchestra is a mystery
He did lead the Dallas Symphony from 1994 to 2006.
