    Can you tell me why the magnitude of voltage decrease when you connect the filter ?

      It's normal, because of the inductor series-connected, the load voltage decreases by depending on the output current. Inverter voltage is equal to vin=vfilter+vload.

      I have no idea about motor filters. But, motors are inductive load. Less inductance might be enough to get better THD.
