      But BACKTEST!!!!! All you can do to make yourself successful is BACKTEST with a system
      Find or make the system with sound logic, system meaning "when this happens then anticipate this, if THAT happens it should do this, and if all that happens, you're ready to enter"
      Simply put:
      Market takes liquidity
      Market retraces internally for a PD Array
      Market begins to reject PD Array
      Market has respected well enough to anticipate entry on next IOFED retracement
      Good luck my G, and enjoy your journey! This market is deeper than "buying and selling pressure"... Very rarely does all of collective humanity agree on the same thing, at the same time.

    Takeaways:
    ~Discipline and consistency are very important. You need chart time to sharpen your skills.
    ~Have a different risk plan during your challenge and when you're funded. If possible buy multiple accounts and pass the ones you ones you can.

    • @tjjohnson-oj9or
      @tjjohnson-oj9or 8 месяцев назад +2

      The first one is very important. The second one is asinine. IF your trading plan works on a demo account it will work on a regular account but you will never trade a regular account in these prop firms, only demos even after the so-called "funding". So if that is an absolute then WHY would you choose to use a "different' risk plan when you get "funded"? Your second statement makes no sense given the reality of how prop firms are run.

    • @justjoshin7169
      @justjoshin7169 6 месяцев назад +1

      @@tjjohnson-oj9or Different risk plan most likely means he buys multiple accounts, and overleverages to pass them in less than a week, not all will pass, but the ones that do will pay for what you spent trying to get multiple funded. The whole point is speed, less time on demo, more time and more accounts with money. This combined with having a conservative account, you could choose to overleverage or preserve your extra capital depending on what you want out of it.

    When the market goes down then it's buying opportunity. If the market goes up then you are making money. If you stay invested and ignore the market's ups and downs, you'll make a lot of money in the long run; however, a severe market correction causes a lot of margin calls and sell-offs, driving the market even lower. currently i'm up 13% in my diversified portfolio. As crazy as it sounds some still make enormous returns from this seemingly unknown market. gotta be greedy when others are fearful

    I've blown 6 funded accounts because my mindset from passing the challenge doesn't change once I get funded. Andrew NFX started with binary options and later transitioned to trading and entrepreneurship after a basketball career-ending injury. Andrew emphasized the importance of discipline, consistency, and replicating the actions of successful individuals. He also mentioned his experiences with prop firms and the challenges he faced in passing their evaluations. Andrew shared his perspective on trading courses, acknowledging that while some can be helpful, others may focus more on marketing rather than providing valuable education. He expressed his future goals, including transitioning to an international audience, building his track record, and potentially becoming a hedge fund manager. Lastly, Andrew mentioned that he had personal experiences of being scammed by influential individuals, which impacted his role model perception and highlighted the need for caution.

    Great interview, thanks! The way these companies seem to be jerking around their best traders begs many questions. Among them, are there any "prop" firms that are going to be around long term and have figured out a way to survive and not mess around? Is there a way to get some warm feelings about this? Will there be crackdowns by various governments on this sort of firm in general forcing them to go through a revolution and the business model? Etc.

      I disagree. You are probably doing something wrong. Since 4 years I joined I've been able to retire early, complete my mortgage, and buy my dream car. Though I did it with the help of Lorenza Galvis.

    There are two types of prop firms, the ones that want you to be profitable, and the ones that doesn't want you to be profitable, the ones that doesn't want you to be profitable are funded by brokers, the other ones are not.
    So its advicable to buy and verify a lot of prop firms, then use the profit to build a personal account.

      How being profitable be a threat for prop firms? Forex, stocks is a zero sum game, to one to win another need to lost. If you have someone pass challenge you have him in you bucket and if this guy is really good you put him in the “real” bucket, and the prop firm will make money 10, 20, 30% of the profit. Even they can copy his strategy . Weird.

    • @jadejmaarendse
      @jadejmaarendse 8 месяцев назад

      Prop firms have stated that they find it hard to make profit off of him ,because they've tried it before , A booked him ,but said his style was too aggressive for them , which is exactly why they banned him , both parties could make lots of money , as you stated , but for some reason they felt different about it . But yes you're also very correct
