Hi I bought this yesterday, but my condenser mic is not working with it. It is also not capturing sound from other mics properly to the phone. Basically instead of enhancing sound quality, I find that it has decreased the output and enhanced my confusion about how to use it because nothing seems to work. And the phantom power is supposed to power the condenser mic as mentioned in this video but the mic actually lost all audio. I am really troubled and frustrated. I used both otg and aux to connect to the mobile and tried the camera as well as the recorder. The phone mic works much better and now I am wondering if this actually works or that I am not understanding how to use it. Pls help with clear instructions. 😢😢😮😮

As a dynamic mic does not need phantom power , can it be connected trough the xlr port ?
