Thanks for the video. After trying all the butterbeer drinks, I'm a big fan of the warm hot butterbeer. There is just something about this drink being warm that enhances the flavor and it is just so smooth! Next, would be the frozen butter beer. The ice cream was awesome too!
Oh how we LOVE all things butterbeer in the parks! The hot butterbeer is so delicious and smooth. The soft serve ice cream is one of our favorites as well!
I know this had to be your favorite research video of all times. Diagon alley is always slammed. It's amazing. My favorite is the ice cream. The cold butterbeer is great but the frozen bothers my throat. I've not had the potted cream so now I have future goals for our upcoming trip. Your videos are always great.

😂😂 this was in June, it was SO hot lol. Most of the butterbeer made it better though, except for the hot. That was rough! You’ll have to let us know what your favorite is when you do it yourself!
Regular Butterbeer & soft serve are my favorites. Apparently they sell hard packed Butterbeer ice cream too and I don't know why lol (I always prefer soft serve over hard packed). After watching this video I told my wife she needs to try the potted cream when we go in May and she's excited for that.

Frozen Butterbeer is hands down my family’s favorite! We like the Butterbeer soft serve too, but usually try the other flavors of “Harry Potter” ice cream when we go. I definitely want to try the potted cream next 😉

Hahaha we’re so glad you enjoyed this! It was fun to shoot, but boy was it a lot of sugar lol. We’d LOVE for a new butterbeer treat just to give us an excuse to do this again. They actually started selling hot butterbeer year round last year instead of seasonally, so you can get it regardless of the temp! 😂

I still haven't tried the potted cream and the fudge. I will definitely have to do that next time! I agree with you all that frozen butterbeer and hot butterbeer are very close. I would say my least favorite that I have tried are regular butterbeer and butterbeer ice cream, just because I prefer other ice cream at Florean's, the salted caramel blondie in particular.
We need to try more of the ice cream at Floreans! We hear so many good things about them all! Youll have to let us know what you think about the fudge and the potted cream when you do try them!

I love regular BB and my husband & kids love the frozen! We tried the potted cream with the apple pie at three broomsticks and oh my goodness!!! So freaking delicious!!!!

I couldn't believe how good hot was. I had in January thank goodness. I think its close between it and frozen. Hard to admit. Depends on temp of day
I haven’t been to the parks since the early 90’s, so I haven’t tried any butter beer treats in the park. I am looking forward to trying all of them very soon!

My favorite Butterbeer treat (which I’ve only tasted the original, frozen and hot) is definitely the hot followed by the frozen. May have to try the other 3 in October though! 💙

Have you guys every tried making butter beer at home? I learned how to make frozen butter beer and pretty indistinguishable from Universal’s. Great vid!
We have tried before and we did ok. It wasnt by any means indistinguishable, however, we would like to get our hands on your recipe 😍😍
@@ThePughTwo try frozen cream soda and amoretti syrup for the base! (Gotta order the syrup online but lots of people think that’s what they use.) for the cream topping it’s just heavy whipping cream, butterscotch topping and tiny bit powdered sugar whisked. I’ve also heard some people but vanilla extract and butter in the top as well, but I think it’s close enough. Done lots of trials and errors :/

Oooo one meal from Toothsomes is hard because we've had quite a few really good meals. The Croque Monsieur is one of our all time favorites! We love their macarons, but you should look at getting one of those Milkshakes 😍😍. Also, the chocolate bread is a must as an appetizer!

we are going thanksgiving week. your videos have been a great resource of how to navigate the park. one question, what about the smaller rides, not rides for kids but smaller ones. And have you done any videos of the water rides, not the volcano bay rides.
That is so awesome to hear! We are excited about your upcoming vacation! We haven't done a video about the water rides. As far as smaller rides, we aren't sure if we understand completely, but there are only 5-6 really intense coaster style rides in the parks, so other than those, we would say the rest are manageable!
Looking forward to trying most of these in about 2 weeks when I go. Have you tried the Starbucks secret butter beer? I'd love to see you compare.

Just found out that my local small town coffee shop serves Butterbeer frozen, iced and hot lattes! So I got a frozen and my husband got a hot today. Definitely not as good as Universal but it’ll be our go-to when missing Universal until we can go again!!!
We wish we had something even CLOSE to butterbeer around here! We would have one everyday... on second thought, its probably a good thing we don't have them!
Our favorite is hot Butterbeer. Haven’t tried the potted cream yet. Got the fudge for our trip home the first trip. Probably good that we didn’t try it before we left or we would have most likely brought home a few pounds. It is a bit too rich to eat more than a few bites at a time for me.

😂😂 we wish! We were definitely busy though. We don’t get to visit as often as some of the other Universal vloggers, so we have to be prepared! Lol we had the pre-package butterbeer ice cream back in December for the OI meetup. We would assume it’s still there, but the soft serve is so much better in our opinion!

They typically only decorate for Christmas! We really wish they would deck those areas out for Halloween!

Is the butter beer souvenir cup refillable? Is it refillable with cokes or non butter beer drinks?
Unfortunately no lol. I mean, you can refill it but it’s the same price as a normal butterbeer.

It should also be noted that you are NOT supposed to drink regular Butterbeer through a straw. We ordered 3 frozen and 1 regular, then were confused when we only got 3 straws. Yes, we are rookies.

I've only had the regular butterbeer and the frozen one. I liked the regular one but it kind of hurts my stomach, the frozen butterbeer I loved and it also hurt my stomach so when I go in January I'm definitely going to have the frozen one again and just suffer.
😂😂 it’s a LOT of sugar at once. We usually split a frozen butterbeer so we don’t get as much at once. We still get several throughout the day, but it’s more spread out lol. Definitely worth it though!

We have! It was really good, we tried to eat there again on our latest trip but they were booked up. The food was really good! I really remember the bread they brought to the table, it was amazing.

We are annual pass holders so we never purchase tickets for the park!

Frozen Butterbeer is for sure my favorite. When my wife and I were there in May the leaky cauldron had hard pack ice cream, I wanted to try it but didn't have the chance. Have you guys had it or heard about it?
We’ve had it! It’s similar to the soft serve but we don’t think it’s as good. We would suggest heading to Florean’s instead!
@@ThePughTwo Well I'm glad I just had the soft serve then! I did have the potted creme and that was really rich and silky smooth too. I ordered it about 5 minutes to park close and I'm glad I did because I wanted to pass out afterwards. So good!

Are they all about $7? The potted cream looks good but the quantity looks small.
Yeah around that price. The fudge is cheaper and the potted cream is like 5 dollars. The potted cream is not a huge serving, we would say slightly more than a cup of pudding!

Thats a good questions. We would say 30 on the low side and 60 on the high side. We take between 4 and 8 trips a year and all those trips have varying amount of days!
