I just luv watching your videos because of your energy and your smile. Grant the planter seems to be coming together for you and Laura., great job on the video Laura. Hope your grandpa is doing well praying for you and your family
I'm just in awe of the technology that is riding around in the field on a tractor today. I can remember setting the planters up for seed. To think of how much work went into setting how wide the openings on it were, to control the amount of seed that fell out. And then still having to just simply sweat it out, hoping it was right and didn't clog. It's much different today!
Amazing. Long gone are the days of simple farming techniques if one has extensive acreage. Very interesting. Thanks for sharing Grant and Laura. You guys make a heck of a team.
Wow just hearing the guys from Sure point talk must be so comforting to you both. No hesitation and they know what they are talking about. Must feel good having Blaine and Mark come out. I love that feeling when you know you are in good hands.
All of your videos are beautiful and informative. The men from SurePoint were very knowledgeable and have created a great system. One huge improvement to your videos would be more microphones that every participant could wear to make the sound quality more consistent. Thank you for sharing your experience and expertise. Farming is an essential segment of civilization.
Looked like a well thought out system, looks good mounted. Now to get out into the field and put it to work, Hope it is everything you are expecting. Take care, be safe and farm on.
I'd like to see a video about your soil testing to determine what fertilizer you need to apply - how you take soil samples, where you send those for analysis if you do, and etc. Then, please explaine just what fertilizer mix you plan to apply, where you get it, and what you are seeing for availability and cost. Thanks, Gary in Montana.
Good Morning Laura and Grant. Great to see what it takes these days to run a farm. Very high tech and should be very efficient. Looking forward to the next episode where we see your upgrade in action. Thanks for Sharing!
Laura, my wife and I LOVE your show. We have a suggestion and were wondering if there's any way that you and Grant could have wireless mikes. It's very hard at time to hear one or both of you. A good example is this newest show when the suppliers were talking and the Grant spoke. We have no idea what Grant was saying and if we turn it up then when someone else speaks it blows us out of our chairs it's so loud. Just a thought and keep up the awesome work. We have learned so much about farming by watchin your show.
What a very informative video, thank you Laura and Grant. Do you realize when you speed up your videos, we can see more than one Laura. You can't have too many Laura's.
Just for the equipment alone I would choose to be a farmer if I had to start my career over again. (to bad I'm 58 already😏)What a fantastic machines you're using today. looking forward to see it work👊😎
Have to watch and see what your problems are and fixes cost system compatibility to my system now.we see thank you Laura and Grant great explanations now the test.
The amount of equipment and technology on today’s farms is incredible. So much investment and maintenance. If only farmers of the early 1900’s could see how much the farm has changed.
This was neat, looking forward to seeing the water test! Laura said something about it but it wasn't included in this video. Definitely not a complete story till we see it in action.
The man that leases our ground is prepping it to plant today . Hire and others are running about a month behind compared to last year . I am in Fancy Farm Kentucky.
I can understand you’re chubby hubby old Pillsberry Has trouble with real life things, he looks pretty sheltered! If He has trouble getting the breeding part done just like the fertilizer part 😜 you let me know I’ll come down there in no time get ya breed in no time Laura!
For all they did, Laura you could have given the each a small or big hug... Hand shakes are just to formal... LOL... But yes it was very good of them to take the time and come help you kids out... I'm sending them a BIG THANK YOU for going the extra mile. That speaks well of there company.... May y'all be blessed in Jesus name... BBE..
Thank goodness y’all got the planter going. Hate to admit it but I thought this project was going to end up being a money pit with the hundreds of man and woman hours, parts, blood, sweat, and tears poured into it. LOL 😂. You two and all who helped deserve an A+ for your great success. Y’all’s grit, determination, and never give up attitude is the spirit that keeps the American farmer going strong. I guarantee you make Grandpa and all of your fan base proud of your success. GOD bless y’all. 👏👍🙏😎✌️
Very interesting although not to much technical stuff, the idea and depth of information was very good for a short video. I hope it works well in the field. Years ago I experienced a block pipe when drilling wheat . It showed up for the rest of the season. Looking forward to more videos and to see the equipment in action.
Very techie looking. Noticed you sticker bench is coming along nicely. Need to hint at more stickers needed in one of your videos so you can finish it off.
Laura we love your wind forecasts!!!! You should start with a Wayne's World type open...........WInd world wind world Excellent........I would give it a four out of five red flags today guys. Something like that. Anyways always mention how windy it is Laura....we dig it!!!!!!

I honestly never realized how technical farming is. You guys basically have to be mechanics and engineers.
Terrible weather tonight...stay safe!!!!
Wow agriculture becomes high-tec for sure. I hope all these connections, hoses and cables stand up to all the dust, vibration and rain well 👍
And mice! They are very destructive to wires and tubing!
